So, I had a legit script for this. And researched it before I nudged the doctor for it. I can share what I was on, cannot advise specifics, usual caveat of "ask your doctor" (most TRT clinics will have this as an option).
50mg/day (25mg twice a day) was what i was prescribed, for 60 days. I do this twice a year when I'm lifting seriously (I need to get back to lifting seriously...)
For a male I found no evidence it was worth going above this unless I was a no-shit bodybuilder and my career was more important than my long-term health. It is hepatotoxic so you will want to slam milk thistle, NAC, and ALA after, get your bloods done (CBC plus CMP - the latter most important, for looking at liver enzymes)

In saying that my suspicion is it's likely to affect the SPEED of collagen synthesis more than the quantity. I suspect the body will reach the conclusion that the "invader" is adequately encapsulated and stop no matter what you take - I suspect there's a ceiling, and that most of us will get to this ceiling with a simple adequate diet, and that things like GH and Var just get us there faster within the narrow context of PMMA. Could be wrong.

I was on Ipa + CJC1295 for my post-PMMA recovery, my IGF-1 was upper limit of normal suggesting it was working, my end-state gains were no more remarkable than anyone else's. Maybe remarkable considering my diet of cheez-its and energy drinks, but mathematically unremarkable.

This is really great information. For context, 50mg of Anavar daily is high boydbuilder show prep dosage. Who is your doctor and how can I steal him lol

While it's possible that "the body will reach the conclusion that the invader is adequately encapsulated and stop no matter what you take"... all of this is just conjecture. We're bro scientists at the end of the day. None of us have all the aftercare supplement answers, not even the best PMMA injectors. All we have to go off are anecdotes, somewhat relevant studies on collagen synthesis, and a few papers on PMMA. Why not take everything you can to maximize your chance of a good outcome, so long as it's within your budget and doesn't hurt health markers? Worst case scenario, you have the benefit of the placebo effect. Which I could already have since I've found my healing and collagen synthesis has been a bit better this round with supplements.

Intuitively, I would assume increased collagen supplementation and increased collagen production (Anavar, BPC-157, etc) would have at least some effect on increasing total collagen overall. Even if it primarily just led to faster collagen production and stopping, I'd think there would be at least somewhat greater collagen in those who supplemented vs those who didn't, given that it is the case with injuries in general (final wound healing outcomes are usually somewhat better also). And if not, you'd just heal faster and be ready for another round sooner lol. But this is great information, thanks for sharing your experience, definitely something to consider.

Awesome posts! Thank you for sharing @itgoesthud and @alias9 .

Totally agree with your thinking and approach. No idea if it will work, but if bloodwork looks good, then why not? Don’t intend to take long term Anavar at high doses or anything like that.

Week 3:
BP: 7.25
MSEG: 6.7

2-3 small but prominent nodules. Some lumping and mild unevenness. Less filler around the base.

I will return to Avanti Derma in December for a final round focused on aesthetics to get to 7”.

During week 2, I was about 6.9, so I’m curious to see where I’ll end up. Lots of fluctuation.

My routine
- Hanging 3-5 hours
- BPC 157 1mg daily
- TB 500 1mg for 2 weeks (over now)
- Anavar 40mg daily
- collagen 40,000mg daily (4 scoops)

It’s only week 3, so a bit to early to say. It could go up or down.

I have 2 bases now lol (slight gap where penis starts and filler starts)… it’s about 6.3-6.5?

MSEG: 6.6. Most of my penis is at this Girth, except for the lower base and circ scars. I have a feeling it would be higher with better EQ… but I’d have to take viagra to see, and I’m holding off till week 6.

Circ scars: around 6.4 (I had a high and tight Circumcision so there’s not much of a gap).

Biggest problem is 3 nodules (2 are prominent) and a gap at the base. I’ll return soon (late November or early December?) to get those fixed. The next round will be my final round and it will be focused mostly on aesthetics.
