That rubbery feel will actually soften and feel more one with your Dick. For me it was probably week 8-12 when I stopped to realize it had softened up. I should say mostly softened up as there are areas on my Dick where the PMMA seems to have clustered. Just had second procedure to hopefully correct some of that and get more uniformity.

I bought myself the weekend because I have my turn to cover weekends at work, trying to drag this out until 42 days if I can. I'd like it to feel as natural as possible so she asks as few questions as possible (I told her "I might get Dick botox", so it'll be...yeah, from 5.5 => 7 without advanced warning will be an experiment!). RIght now it still feels like pig's ear in carnitas, but it's getting better every day.

I'm also going to go the full 6 weeks before I attempt any remedy for the entry point nodules. I've found some old threads here where guys talk about a precision dab of DMSO with hydrocortisone to de-clump the collagen and make it malleable again, I'm going to test the added texture out actually and see if it's a plus. I may not fix it. If she comments on it, well, different story.
There's only one Nodule you can slightly see, the other..two, but really one...unless they get worse I'm not touching (unless i go in for a visit, then ill get some 10% and another 1/4", why not!)

LOVE the aesthetic, I need to lose some fat pad to get the most out of it though. When I BP my pecker could win a beauty pageant, have a little corona crown and a sash.

Just 5mg capsules from a compounding pharmacy. My trt docs are pitching it as a replacement for BPC-157 now that the feds banned the latter. Ran that starting 2 weeks before the procedure, every night for 60. Plus the GHRH and GHRP (legal but I won't discuss in thread).

The tactile feel is more and more realistic every day. One interesting thing to me is the vascularity is more after the procedure than before. Now, that MAY be because I had loose skin from a previous degraded HA procedure, but I've never had a particularly veiny Dick. So that's a very positive thing, to me.
I can see aesthetic imperfections, but as of yet I don't care. Maybe I should?
Also an interesting data point, as the remainder of the swelling subsides I"m not losing size. I'm still holding at 7 1/8" at the base.

I think I'm definitely at a stage of recovery where I notice something different every day. Probably been that way since ~10 days post procedure (I'm at day 18?). It still feels like a foreign Dick when I beat off, but less so than even just a day or two ago.

Looking good, homie! The only improvement I can see being made is to the cliff area. From what I gather, docs are real conservative with putting filler there (or some won’t do it at all even) but in subsequent sessions will be willing to add another conservative amount once they get a feel for the round 1 outcome. Overall it looks like you’re one of the lucky cases that require only one full round and then maybe a touch up round, assuming you are content with the gains and want to address the cliff or any other imperfections.

I had that thought about the base cliff but then realized...if I lose weight AFTER I'm going to need another visit, no, I need to get my fat ass in gear, get this fat pad where I want it, then see what room I have. May be the case that with a smaller fupa (lol) I need another bulking session to get the right proportions.

I think that's the smart mature play. Though if I were either of those things I'd have been patient before the first trip.

3 weeks on, definitely lost SOME since the 2 week mark. I guess that was residual swelling, and as the skin tightened up the "real" size is coming to show. Wouldn't complain if another 3 weeks of collagen production surprised me but I'm not banking on it

Sad to say I am no longer in the 7 Inch club. Probably get back there if I go back for a second session, but as I said, weight loss first. No point having a big Dick if you dont have the cardio to keep it aloft. or if your fat pad is so thick you look like you have a Chode.

EDIT: well shit, i guess it was an EQ thing, base is back at 6 15/16" and an Inch down 7" on the dot. CSEG went up to 6 5/8". Updated the table to reflect both values (denoted as a hyphenated range). I guess my E2 was out of wack before I took an arimidex on Saturday (I never take them, but was curious) and it's been boners all day without any PDE5.

I'll put it in a table later but I'm down pretty significantly at the moment. Trade off is the feel is pretty close to natural. It was a really rapid descent from last Monday to today.

It was the same for me. I was huge at first, and then it slowly decreased in size, but not by much, so what you're experiencing is perfectly normal.

Yeah I got exactly the same blend of 10 vs 30 you did, too. Though, 7 1/4" peak Girth down to 6 5/8" is pretty significant.
Girlfriend had no issues whatsoever, so there's room to grow at least with her.
I think i could probably pull off another bulking round AND come away with good aesthetics just based on what I've learned I screwed up on aftercare.
I know my junk is massive as is, but I'm also such a large human being it doesn't look like it would on a normal dude. I thought it looked about "right" at ~7" Girth compared to the rest of my body - that was it, i was content, I had no interest going bigger, I'd won the mind games up to that point. No weird body dysmorphia where I need a strawberry on a cantaloupe to get out of the bed in the morning.

Dunno. Let's see if i have the will power to make myself earn it, and get down to 250-260 (I'll be lean enough to have abs at that weight, to give yall an idea why my standards are skewed), before I go in for more. It's the smart, disciplined play. And losing that much fat pad would likely expose cosmetic irregularities that would make another big round a necessity rather than vanity.
