My theory is this. There is accumulation in the lymph due to it draining down and this has set up a cycle of inflammation which is preventing outflow. If you can get it to fully drain out for a couple days and reduce inflammation it will probably permanently fix itself.

If you can get a hold of one of these you can roll it around the head and make a harness around the waist to pull it up without cutting blood flow. Of course, make sure it is not too tight. I would try this for a few hours at a time and see what kind of reduction you get. Combine with topical hydrocortisone if possible.
Yeah cause it’s still not getting better at all and still sensitive to touch. Super annoying!
I will definitely try the hydrocortisone Creme! I’m not exactly sure what you mean by the harness, though? Like to pull the penis up or something? Could you elaborate on that?
Worst case, if it still doesn’t go away is there a way a doctor can drain it? What kind of doctor even does this? I’m getting really frustrated by it.
