TOPIC: curiousBetsy Round 1 - PMMA Avanti Derma (7/2024)

I’m curious about this too because I believe pumping may have contributed to some unevenness for me after round 1. Like you, I started pumping again at week 6 and did so several time a week leading up to round 2 (12 weeks total).

Having round 2 completed just 5 weeks ago, I’m conflicted on whether pumping is good to go at week 6 or if we really should wait much longer than previously thought or if we should avoid pumping altogether. Which would suck because I really enjoy pumping.

After my first round of PMMA a couple of months ago, I noticed some changes way after the 6 week mark and I didn't pump, so I think the complete healing process takes way longer than 6 weeks. My wife even told me that she felt it was different (less swelling), even though I kept my EG gains. I started pumping 3 to 4 months after the treatment and I didn't see any changes since.

In sum, heavy pumping after 6 weeks might be a little bit early, but 3 to 4 months after the procedure seems fine.

2.25 month update -
Have been using an extender (trying to get 3% yield per session, started after 6 weeks) and Have been pumping still, no changes like the divot formation butttt...

Have gained about 0.25" in length over a month, but in the last week or so I've dropped to 5.3" MSEG... Can it spread out while extending? I'd think not.

The change wasn't noticeable until the last week or so, where I also did get the latest flu/COVID vaccination,
