Even though I live in Los Angeles and there are closer doctors I wanted the best, so I flew into Cleveland Monday night, rented a car Tuesday morning, and drove to Dr
Rupeka's office in Warren, OH. Once there I received 15 syringes of
Bellafill.
These are my measurements before the injections:
Erect Max Length: 6.9" (this is bone pressed and puts me in the top 10% of length according to calcsd.info)
Erect Girth: 4.5" to 4.75" (this puts me in the bottom 30% of
Girth in the West according to calcsd.info)
After 15 syringes of
Bellafill:
Erect Length: 6.9"
Erect Girth: 5"
Length so far has remained the same although I wouldn't be surprised if that increases slightly since there is some extra weight in my penis now (hopefully weighing it down and stretching it out over time).
Girth increase has been less than I hoped. My penis has been to sore to achieve peak erectness so maybe it will be 5.1" or 5.2" if I am really hard but for now the most I have measured is 5" a measly 0.25-0.5" increase. I will definitely go back to get more filler. My goal is 5.5" inches
Girth. So maybe another 20 syringes will get me there.
Overall the filler looks very natural. I bought a roll of Urowrap and kept it under compression the first three days. I also have been using my massage gun and a heat pad. After the procedure my
Dick wasn't black and blue, I didn't see any holes from the needle pokes, and I didn't notice any fluid. Honestly it just looks like the same
Dick but slightly thicker. It was slightly sore the first 3 days but today on day 4 it feels almost completely normal with hardly any soreness. There is one lump on the left side but it's hardly noticeable and I have been using the massage gun on it.

Rupeka's bedside manner was very good. The office and staff are very professional. He has an award from
Bellafill on the front desk for being the top injector in the nation which is great and made me feel like I chose the right doctor. Initially, because this was the first time we had met, Dr
Rupeka spent some time explaining the procedure but I started to feel light headed (I hate anything to do with needles) so we just went ahead and got started. The pain was pretty low so I was surprised. I thought I would be struggling but overall it wasn't bad. I did ask him to numb it first. So I didn't feel much. Immediately afterwards the sensation I first noticed is that my
Dick felt much heavier, which is good. I flew back home the same day with zero problems.
I had no problems playing tennis or doing an upper body workout the next day and I have been very active with no problems since. My girl is excited for day 7 when we can do it again so I will report back with results.
I will definitely go back and get more syringes in order to achieve my
Girth goals.
