In terms of being over 6 and wanting more, for me, I'd say it's a yes and no thing. I like being able to pump and go over 6.5 while being about 6 or 6.2 day to day. Would not want it to be larger than 6.5 (Mid shaft where I'm thickest) but wouldn't mind it if ended up there on the low end due to more collagen growth or as a result of fixing some asymmetry near the base.
