Circumcision is only really necessary when the provider places a product more superficially and it has the chance to migrate under the skin and into the
Foreskin. The problem is that this could cause a restriction of the
Foreskin and not allow it to retract over the glans. If the provider places a product a little more deep, under a connective tissue layer, then
Circumcision isn’t necessary.
That being said, from experience, it is easier to inject a man that is
Circumcised vs a man that is uncircumcised just because it is easier to work with less skin.
