TOPIC: Avanti Derma PMMA Review | 4 Rounds of Results (with pics)

Today I'm going to take the time to share my opinion on Avanti Derma after having just received my 4th round of PMMA injections. I'll be including before and after photos, as well as including links to my threads for rounds 1 through 3. I'll add a follow-up post later with a single pic that shows side by side results between rounds 0 through 4, erect and flaccid.

Today marks day 8 since my 4th round with Avanti. I'm now sitting at 6" flaccid girth, with an erect girth of 6.5". This is an exceptionally thick penis, and my mind is blown. For reference, I'm attaching photos of my original birth penis + my current penis after round 4. The difference is massive. There are no real significant details here to mention that I have not mentioned in prior rounds (links above). Healing is going quite well (better/faster every round) and my penis looks fantastic. For now, we will see where I end up settling at 6 weeks. I'll be sure to post an update at that time to let you all know the final results.

The Bad

1. Lack of evaluation process after round 1 makes all rounds after round 1 highly unpredictable... You may only "have room" for a touchup, but end up paying the full round you expected
2. I feel like Avanti should evaluate the penis in person before the procedure to discuss the potential need to switch procedures in case there's "no room" for a full round, before you get it.
3. Any length goals should be done first. Compression hanging is fine with PMMA, but it's harder to grab the core of your penis. If you go for length after PMMA, you will likely need to use vacuum hangers, although the PMMA doesn't move or adjust at all from compression hanging (my experience after 3 months and up to 15 lbs)
4. Penis experienced hyperpigmentation after Round 1 and darkened some. At first this bothered me, but it's honestly not that big of a deal anymore.

Overall Score

Dr. Morales is an artist, and she most certainly takes her time and care to yield the best results. She's clearly quite experienced, and is always in a pleasant mood. I'd highly recommend her services. Ian is always kind and takes the time to answer my 500 questions at every visit. He has excellent synergy alongside Dr. Morales and the two make an excellent and efficient team.

My entire process and experience with Avanti was generally quite good. After 4 rounds in 11 months, the final result is a much larger penis with aesthetics that really couldn't be much better. I really don't have anything negative to say, other than the listed con above. To explain further, after Round 3, I felt a little duped into paying for a full round, but only effectively receiving a "touch up" in terms of results. However, after I reached out to Avanti about my concern, they responded with excellent service and came to an agreement with me to bring upon satisfactory results. At the end of the day, Avanti took care of me with top-notch customer service.

I absolutely love my new penis. It's definitely fun, and the sensations I get from sex now are much... much different than they were before. To actually feel the stretching you're causing your dearest lady is an incredible feeling. While this is an overall good thing, I will tell you that it doesn't magically create orgasms for the woman. Women still need clitoral stimulus to get off (most of them) so don't go thinking this magically changes that. What it does do, however, is make me feel a lot better about my penis, give her a feeling of being "filled up" and overall more fun for the both of us. I can tell you that after going from 4.5" erect girth to 6.5" erect girth, it definitely feels better for both of us, but my tongue/fingers are still the kings in bed. What's been absolutely fascinating to me is essentially going through my own experiment, and seeing for myself what a different dick size does in bed. For all of you who've spent hours reading Reddit threads or articles online about penis size and whether or not it matters, we finally can take this sample from male perspectives now that the technology exists to change something that in the past wasn't possible. Until now we've had to rely on women to tell us. Now we can have someone like me, who's been with the same women for 9 years, and see an apples to apples comparison of what the singular variable of penis size really means.

I will tell you that, just like what most women say, it doesn't matter. It's "how you use it" which is to say, your overall performance in the bedroom (including foreplay, oral, etc.) Not to say it doesn't help, because it does, but the larger penis won't help anyone who isn't good in bed. Her feelings about you, and your own individual ability to perform really are more important than your size. For the few women out there who can get off just by penetration, I'm sure it's a massive game changer.

Overall, if starting over from scratch, I'd absolutely do it again. Not only the concept of PMMA itself, but choosing Avanti as well.

I also intend to add to this post with tips, tricks, and advice for anyone looking to get started for their first time. I learned quite a bit in 4 rounds; not just related to the procedure and aftercare, but also about Tijuana and ways to make the trip a much better overall experience. So look for that update soon as well. Now that I've reached my girth goals, I just hope I can help other people on their potential future journey's.

Fantastic results in the flacid state! Very uniform, symmetrical and thick. Hangs lower as well!

Some Advice For Newbs

Time Is A Factor

Penile enhancements like PMMA are permanent... Which means the sooner you get them, the more you get out of them! The longer you wait, the less you'll be able to use it before it stops working or you die. There's good incentive to jump in sooner than later for these reasons. Also, if there any adjustments that need to be made, you have plenty more time to address that as well.

Budget for Minimum Two Rounds

What I learned and realized is that beyond any care given by Avanti (or likely anyone else) your own anatomy will play a role in the aesthetics of the final results. For example, my penis has "tight spots" where after 4 rounds, I have the same "low spots" every round. This has nothing to do with Avanti, and they can't control that. Although the final result for me is quite good, the 1st round revealed these areas where corrections had to be made. There's no way to really know for sure how your penis will react to the filler until you receive it, so even if there's a perfectly even distribution by the doctor, there may be some natural migration caused by your own anatomy. For this reason, you should expect to anticipate at least a follow up visit for aesthetics. I'm not telling you that you'll need it. I'm telling you to "plan for the worst" and don't put yourself in a situation where you can't afford a follow up, and perhaps end up needing it. If you can't afford 2 rounds, you can't afford 1. This is my own personal advice. If you don't think you can afford more than 1 round but still want to go anyway, don't go for more than 1/2" in gains in that single round. It takes too much 30%, and the 30% is much harder to get aesthetically appealing than the 10%.

Length Before Girth

If you want length and Girth, focus on length first. Make Girth your final gambit. In my experience, the PMMA handles incredibly well while using compression hangers with heavy weight. Frankly, I was astonished. That being said, once you get so much filler, you won't be able to "grip" your internals of your penis, and the outcomes will be limited. I can only suspect that the only way to hang for length after PMMA is to use vacuum hangers, though I have not yet been able to try.

Good Vibrations

Get some type of small vibration device, like a female vibrator or equivalent. I used my wife's Magic Wand. This really helps "massage" the penis in ways your fingers just can't. I also feel like it went a long way in preventing nodules, as the vibrations really helped "break things loose" during the healing process at the entry points. I also firmly believe that the vibration increased my rate of healing, and more quickly reduced swelling.

Pump It Up

Pumping works great after PMMA, too. However, I have reason to believe that the hyperpigmentation I experienced may in part have been due to over-pumping in the past. I cannot say for certain either way, but if you're pumping, make sure you're not overdoing it or letting your Dick turn purple or get spots. If this is you, know that my unscientific theory could pertain to you too, and you may experience a little darkening of the penis. That being said, if you're pumping the right way, slow and steady I believe you can likely create more "space" and elasticity in your skin for better results and maximum gains.

Stay Off The Boner Pills

Whatever you think is a good idea for blood flow or confidence in yourself at the visit etc... You're probably wrong. Do not take anything like viagra or Cialis at least a week before your appointment. Get your body nice and clean and natural. I made the mistake of having 20mg of Cialis in my system from 2 entire days prior to my Round 2 procedure... This resulted in inferior results, since I got semi during the procedure and reduced my available space, in addition to putting too much blood in the penis causing bleeding, which is bad for the procedure.

Supplements

If you plan on taking supplements, just know that things like collagen take around 30 days before they're really "in your system"... So if you start a week before you go, or right when you get home, you're likely not going to experience any benefits. If you're going to get on a supplement routine, start at least 30 days before your procedure and get it all in your system. At each of my visits, I'd take collagen pills right after Ian gave me the clipboard to fill out the paperwork to have some fresh collagen going by the time the procedure was done. Of course, I'd already been taking collagen months before each procedure, too.

During Your Stay

Take advantage of the shuttle service; it's worth it. Also, I recommend staying at the Grand Hotel with the discount you get mentioning Avanti. While there, there are lots of good places to eat. Feel free to walk around during the day and check it all out. There's a place nearby called Rokkakkei that's truly incredible. The quality and quantity of food you get there for the price is hard to beat. You always hear people talk about the steakhouse across the street, but I feel like Rokkakkei is the real gem.

You can also walk to the pharmacy across the street (there are tons) and load up on pretty cheap meds. I'd buy migraine meds for my wife which are $200+ in the states, even with insurance, for $40. I'd buy my eye drops for my glaucoma for about 25% the cost in the states, even with insurance. You can buy viagra or Cialis or any other reasonable, non-controlled substance med for dirt cheap. It's a good way to help make the most out of the trip. There's even a pharmacy on the 1st floor of the same tower Avanti is in, and they may have what you need without leaving the building.

Excellent reporting and advice. How often do you pump? And at what pressure? And respectfully,why might I ask are you pumping, if pumping is for Girth gains when you already had 3 rounds of permanent filler? Did the pumping also help you with loosening the skin to add more filler?

Compression Hanging makes sense why it wouldn’t work as well due to lack of grip on the internals.

Vac Hanging off the glans seems like it would still work well. My question is around what the lengthening post PMMA would do to the filler over time.

There are two situations to consider:
1) If the injector extends the implant beyond the external abdominal wall, following the root of the penis (let's say one Inch or so), the patient will have the opportunity to gain length with the filler attached, and no voids will appear.
2) However, if the injector halts at the external abdominal wall, any increase in Girth may displace the free-of-filler root of the penis, potentially leading to the formation of a void at the base.
Any voids emerging following a successful lengthening procedure can be readily addressed by introducing additional filler.

Does a thicker mons pubis/fat pad make for a more difficult procedure? How close to the “root” of the penis do you advise and perform at Avanti?
