Is it really PMMA or silicone? On their website they're only talking about silicone injections. Be careful!

Almost a week out, feeling super girthy. Haven't measured yet, but keeping it wrapped and massaging. The base feels crazy thick under it all, I'm looking forward to monitoring it as it grows and heals

The PMMA they are using is presumably Bellafill correct? And who was your performing Physician if you don't mind me asking?

Good luck on your gains and happy healing!

Hey there!

Yes, using a mixture of 20% Bellafill, they sent me the ingredients if you'd like to see! And my performing physician was Dr Dellinger; I know in the past on this forum hasn't had a great reception but was amazing in the office and so far for follow up has been great.

Healing well so far, keeping it wrapped and massaging it to help shape Girth. Hopefully in a couple years getting my ligament cut through Rejuvall or somewhere to increase Flaccid hang for better gains there.

If 20% of the mixture is Bellafill, what are the other ingredients? I would like to know as last I heard he was a Loria affiliate using silicone oil, which as I'm sure you're aware, is quite frowned upon (both Loria and high volumes of injected silicone oil in the penis).

I'm not doubting his office's professionalism or his bedside manner, but I also would like to know what he's doing differently now? Thanks.

Hey there! Included is an image of the ingredients from my correspondence with Best Man. No silicone involved in this procedure but I am aware that the office does inject it. I'm personally not opposed to it but not here to sell anybody on it or promote! Just happy to have the PMMA :)

Interesting. I'm not sure why he just doesn't use regular Bellafill? It has been tried, tested, and true, with FDA Clearance. What would this filler expect to do (better) that regular Bellafill hasn't?

I'm no conspiracy theorist and many apologies to Dr. Dellinger if this isn't the case, but this approach of using 20% Bellafill means he would save on the price of not using 100% Bellafill, all while hoping that this new filler combination will be as safe and effective (which we don't know)... plausible, no? In addition, wouldn't this be an entirely new filler requiring regulatory clearance by the FDA?

I'm not shooting down innovation to be quite frank & honest, I just know that if he is or was associated with Loria AND still happens to offer silicone oil as an option, I have to remain critical...besides, skepticism is in my name.

Without skepticism we wouldn't be here in the first place, so it's good to ask questions! Unfortunately I don't have the answer to some of them, but I'll see if I can get the results of the study later on to share. Reaching out to Best Man Manhattan may prove positive as well since they were the facility through where he was doing the study :)

I'm confused by this as well. Bellafill is itself 20% PMMA so if their solution is 20% Bellafill that would mean they're injecting 4% PMMA, seemingly too low to make much impact. But if it's not Bellafill then where are they getting the PMMA? Linnea isn't approved in the US and you can't just go buy PMMA microspheres. Even if you could you've just created a new Dermal Filler that, as SO mentions, would need FDA approval. I guess they could trial it like is happening with Otter, but how would they ever make it commercial?

The first listed ingredient is carboxymethylcellulose which makes it sound like they're trying to make their own version of Linnea Safe, which also uses a cellulose carrier. Why someone should get a filler cooked up by a Loria affiliate vs one made by a pharmaceutical company, tested for years, and approved by a regulator is a question I would love to hear them answer.

I genuinely hope everything works out for Otter but for anyone else reading this I would urge extreme caution when considering this clinic/procedure.

Correct me if I’m wrong, the ingredient list shows silica/silicone on it. Just a question of what is their ratio of ingredients. From what it sounds like, they’re trialing a new filler type.

I think you're confused about the percentage; it'd 20% PMMA in the solution, not 4%. I apologize for any confusion.

As well, Best Man is not a Loria affiliate. Dr Dellinger may have in the past at his own clinic but certainly not now.

There's a lot of questions and speculation that can be answered by simply contacting the clinic instead of trying to start a witch hunt and fear monger about material. I truly understand what I'm doing here and I'm happy to be part of a trial in which there may be better results for future men.
