TOPIC: My struggle with Androfill and Dr. Horn

My struggle with Androfill and Dr. Horn 10 months 3 weeks ago #1308712416

Hi all, I want to share my experience with Androfill HA injections and with Dr. Gary Horn over the last 2 years.

I began my PE journey summer 2021. I'm just under 7" BPE, and 4.5" Girth at very best. Somewhat of a "pencil Dick," with a large head relative to the shaft. After looking and hesitating for a while, I decided to start out with HA filler as a test run. I went with Dr. Gary Horn at Androfill. The building was nice, good area in London, and the receptionist was friendly. She was surprised I was joking and talking to her while I waited, I guess because most men in the waiting room seemed quiet and embarrassed to be there. I didn't care. I think PE when done responsibly is a totally rational decision to make in today's competitive dating economy. Anyway, so far so good.

My first concern was with Dr. Horn's demeanor. When I entered his exam room, he was looking over paperwork and didn't even raise his eyes to make eye contact. He seemed annoyed by me, asked what the "problem" was, and asked how he could help me. It seems uncouth to call your patients' dicks "problems", and why do you think I'm here doc? You tell me how you can help me.

Regardless, I know how important it is to be nice to the guy putting stuff in your Dick. So I very respectfully asked for advice on fillers and amounts. Maybe it was a liability thing, maybe he just wanted to make his paycheck and move on, but he kept throwing the questions back at me. "You tell me what filler you want". "You tell me how much you want". He just wanted to get on with it.

I went with the lowest-risk option. 10 cc's of Androfill's own HA filler. My Circumcision extends to almost halfway down my shaft. Women love the aesthetic of it, so preserving aesthetics is important to me. Another reason I chose HA. I went with 6 ml's below the scar and 4 above. It required separate injection sites on the shaft, above and below the Circumcision scar, and on the left and right side of each half. So 4 separate injection sites. Dr. Horn at that time had no problem filling both the Circumcised and uncircumcised parts of my shaft. I was disciplined with the molding process, and my results were brilliant. My Dick looked and performed great, and my partners were satisfied.

As the filler began to expectedly break down, I went in for two top-ups. First was winter of 2021. Dr. Horn was coarse as usual, but I was so happy with my initial results I didn't care. I figured he was just one of those guys who's so smart that he has a hard time talking to average people. So I was a little more assertive with him this time, making jokes and thanking him for my earlier results, and towards the end he did loosen up a little bit. I asked him to space my top-up across the two sections of my shaft, above and below the scar. He recognized me asking this, but he only injected into the bottom half of my shaft. When I asked why, his demeanor again became angry and he said he can't do above the scar.

Fast-forward a few weeks and despite my disciplined molding, my results were not great. The bottom half of my shaft below the scar was filled nicely, but the right side of my shaft clearly had more filler than the left, and was starting to rotate off-axis because of the discrepancy. The top half of my shaft above the scar looked deflated compared to the bottom half. In general, my Dick looked uneven.

Six months later, I went in for another top up. Nothing different about Dr. Horn this time, same old demeanor. I asked for a 6ml top up, and made a point to bring up my Circumcision scar and how the top is uneven. He clearly did not want to inject above the scar. He mentioned the difficulty in molding and likelihood of beads forming. I told him I was disciplined in molding the first time and had great results, and I'll take responsibility for the molding process. I said if worst comes to worst, I won't blame him and I will pay myself for it to be dissolved. He clearly recognized me saying this and said that he will adjust his technique to compensate for this.

When the procedure came along, he began injecting in the bottom half of my shaft. Then, before doing anything with the top half, said he was finished. He injected 6ml's into the already-unevenly large bottom half of my shaft without anything up top. He said he had done something (didn't say what specifically) to help with the long Circumcised part of my shaft.

It turns out what Dr. Horn did was inject the filler in a way that it stayed in the lower part of the bottom half of my Dick, ostensibly in order to create a smoother transition to the unfilled top half. He did this instead of just injecting in the Circumcised part like he did the first time, like I thought we had clearly agreed upon, and like I had asked. Despite all the molding I did, the filler did not go up to even the upper part of the lower half of my shaft. It also was not even. My Dick immediately looked ridiculous, and has only got worse. It starts skinny at the base, gets wider for a couple inches, then narrows again. Then above my scar, in the Circumcised part, the HA in the top half is breaking down and accumulating near the lower part by the scar. So my Dick is now hourglass-shaped, overfilled at the bottom, underfilled everywhere else, asymmetrical across both axes, and lumpy.

Dr. Horn did not do what I asked, even when I told him I would accept responsibility for molding the top half of my shaft. Dr. Horn's demeanor and disregard for my requests seem to imply to me that he thinks he knows better, and still wants to get paid. If he had directly told me he was not going to inject in the top half of my shaft, I would not have gone forward with the top-up. Now he has left me with a disfigured Dick I am horrified by. I don't even like looking at it.

I had some financial burdens come up and cannot budget to have it dissolved/improved for now. So I'm stuck with a disfigured Dick I think about every hour, but can't do anything about. My sex life and confidence is ruined. I'm not sure what the big takeaway from this is besides maybe be more assertive with your doctors, guys. Some care, but some will do everything they can to max their own paycheck, and minimize their own liability.

Thanks for reading and happy PE.

I'm sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction with the work performed. While I have every reason to believe your commentary, I will ask you to provide some photos of your work. It's become tiresome to see posts that complain about the aesthetic results of their procedure while withholding images to put their complaints into context.

Again, I'm not dismissing your ordeal or invalidating your claims, I simply ask you provide some Before & After's - I believe it would be fair to all parties: Dr. Horn/Androfill, yourself, and our readership.

As for complaints regarding bedside manner and such, I'll forward them to Androfill for review. It's imperative I share with them this kind of feedback so that they can improve their approach with patients in the future.

As for your penis, you have had Hyaluronic Acid (HA) injected and I have every reason to believe the aesthetics can be corrected. Francis of Androfill has been very good at settling issues in the past, and I believe if you share with him your photos like you plan to share with us, you can & will see a light at the end of this tunnel.

1 is after first session. 2 is after second. 3, 4, and 5 are third session. 6 is current state.

Sorry for the inconsistent quality as I was not actively looking to document the process.

I also apologize if this came off as inflammatory. Perhaps a better way of starting the discussion would have been to post the pictures, share my experience, and ask the community what they think. But after having over a year of a misshapen penis, I guess I'm just frustrated.

7" BPEL and about 4.25" EG before. Maybe 4.5" if I had a great Erection. I never cared about measurements, but after the first session, but I would guess around 5" EG. After the second session, the Girth difference between top and bottom half of shaft became massive, with the bottom half eventually reaching over 5.5" EG and the top part going back to around 4.25.

It's one thing to be stubborn, but he put me on the exam table twice with the understanding that I was getting my top half done, then he never did it. Even after I explained how important aesthetically it was for it to be done.

This is my current Flaccid state, which I didn't include in my earlier pic post and might look even worse than the Erect state.

I've never found myself in this situation before, and I honestly don't know what to do. These are cosmetic procedures. I understand none of this is medically necessary, and the doctors don't technically have any obligation to correct bad work. However, I also know they're also businesspeople, and I don't think Dr. Horn is an inherently evil person. In my case, he just didn't listen to the patient and take his concerns seriously. And this is what happens.

Thanks for supplying your photos. It definitely looked pretty good early on, but subsequent rounds definitely have a lot of product injected, which honestly can prove more problematic at higher volumes. I understand your frustration but I think there is a solution to all of this.

Have you reached out to @Androfill (Francis)? I believe HA provides you the opportunity to work on dissolving some of it, reshaping the rest.

I haven't. This ordeal has made me very anxious to go back. I could talk to Francis, but I don't know what's reasonable to ask for, because I fully understand that they owe me nothing. Do you know how clinics generally deal with these situations?

@curiousgeorge24
My strongest recommendation would be to reach out to Francis of Androfill and discuss what options are available to remedy the situation. One way or another you're likely going to see a practitioner if it is a correction you seek. It's best to go with the Clinic that has your medical file and is familiar with your situation. And Dr. Horn is one of the most experienced in all of the U.K.

As you yourself said, I don't believe there was any ill-intent by any party, but you did pay for a procedure and you are entitled to having grievances addressed. I sincerely believe reaching out to Francis and discussing what you've shared here will put you back on the right path. I have every reason to believe Dr. Horn (and by extension, Androfill) wants successful patients and positive word-of-mouth, and this matter is no different.

@David12345
With all due respect your comments are coming off a bit inflammatory. Unnecessary comments & speculation on a long-time Resident of these forums who has had for the most part a good reputation. Please also double-check your posts for spelling and grammar, there have been frequent errors.

In other words, your posts have neither been constructive, nor have they provided any advice or insight. We have someone (curiousgeorge24) looking for helpful opinions, let's focus on that.

Let's wait till curiousgeorge24 takes my advice, and we can wait and see what Androfill does to address the situation before passing judgment in totality. It may turnout curiousgeorge24 has every reason and justification to be upset, or it may turn out that Androfill can provide him a solution where all parties are satisfied. Knowing Francis for many years, I believe the latter is the most likely outcome.

Thanks.

Hello George,
You can as a first step contact me to explain the situation. I don't understand why people come straight to the forums rather than calling the company first.

From what I read and see from the photos, you have a high Circumcision scar.
This is difficult to deal with as we cannot fill beyond the circ scar, the skin is too thin.

If Dr Horn is refusing to inject above the Circumcision scar then we must accept that he will not do that.
From what I read it sounds like you are saying to him "Please inject above the circ scar line", Dr. Horn is replying "No I won't do that", then somehow this No turns into a "Yes I will inject above the circ scar", you get onto the table and he does not.

"Dr. Horn did not do what I asked, even when I told him I would accept responsibility for molding the top half of my shaft. Dr. Horn's demeanor and disregard for my requests seem to imply to me that he thinks he knows better."

Two comments here. Number 1. Dr. Horn does know better, this we objectively cannot deny. But number 2. If he is promising to do something (inject above the Circumcision scar), and then you get on the OT and he does not do that, then this is problematic.

Is there a firm "Yes, despite my reservations I will do it", or is Dr. Horn saying "I will attempt to get filler in there". Sometimes when we want something to happen we can misinterpret a promise to attempt to do something with a firm Yes.

Regardless, Dr. Horn will not inject past the circ scar as a matter of policy.

" I told him I was disciplined in molding the first time and had great results, and I'll take responsibility for the molding process. I said if worst comes to worst, I won't blame him and I will pay myself for it to be dissolved."

Now you are saying.

"I had some financial burdens come up and cannot budget to have it dissolved/improved for now.
So I'm stuck with a disfigured Dick I think about every hour, but can't do anything about."

This is odd to me as there is no cost to dissolve the filler in a case where there have been problems, the cost is £0, there is no financial burden to you.
You are not stuck with a disfigured penis, simply come in and have it dissolved for free.

"But after having over a year of a misshapen penis, I guess I'm just frustrated." - Why are you waiting 1 year? Please just send an email or text message.

I just want to say this on the forum first before I contact Andorfill directly, so that those who read this get context. Dr. Horn did inject past the scar the first time, which challenges the entire premise of your argument. If it's a policy, he broke it the very first appointment and I got great results, which I told him. So either it's not a hard policy, or Dr. Horn doesn't follow his own policies.

To say that Dr. Horn knows patients' bodies and experiences better than they do is the epitome of my issue at Androfill in one statement. Because if he does "know better" in this instance, he broke his own policy the first time. I also don't think customers coming in with a lifetime of experience regarding their penis want to hear that the Dr. they see for 10 minutes knows better than them.

I was never told dissolving was free. But I don't think that having everything dissolved is a fair resolution when I paid for, asked for, and was very much under the impression I'd receive the same service I had received on my first appointment. And to he clear, yes Dr. Horn replied "ok" to my statements and requests to have above the scar filled.

I don't think your post address either of my main issues. For everyone else reading, I just sent an email to Androfill and will report back with, hopefully, a resolution.
