*The erect girth increasing from 5" to 6.25" is substantial. After round 1 when I was 5.75" erect girth, my wife would still use her vibrator. Since round 2, my wife won't touch her vibrator. This time I waited almost 4 months. If I had to do it again, I would have been more consistent with my pumping. I only got 15cc's due to tight skin. They said if I want another full round or even touch ups, then I need to wait 6-12 months and pump every day, twice a day, 5 minutes each session for a minimum of 30 days prior to the next procedure. That's the only way to get the skin to grow and be more elastic to accommodate more filler.

*My goals for this full round visit were more girth and uniformity (my ultimate goal is 7" erect girth). After round 2, due to an area where I have tight skin, I developed a ring near the base. You will see it in the pictures posted here. It happens to be also where condoms like to fit which exacerbate the problem. Avanti did a good job focusing on this area and in fact, wrapped my penis post procedure in such a way as to help promote the voided ring to stay full of product. This round 3 was also the full Utmost package, but I didn't get the full 20+ cc's due to tight skin.

*I'm only 6 hours post procedure but my observations between the other rounds are this time there is much less swelling, much less bruising, but I do have two entry holes that have pretty excessive bleeding. That is a first. They said it's because my collagen and tissue build has been so good that they had to really work the cannulas through alot of new tissue. That's a good thing. Concerning the attached pictures. The unwrapped penis is me the day before round 3. Note the ring at the base when I lift my flaccid penis up.
