12 weeks post pmma at Avanti Derma 1 year 9 months ago #1308710931

Hello members,

Just wanted to post an update on my progress. Tomorrow will be 12 weeks post my first round PMMA at Avanti Derma.

The last post was 6 weeks post first round and I had an issue when I used a pump. I used pressure that was too strong coming off weeks of no pumping. Will not make that mistake again.

Happy as hell to report the 2 nodules I had are almost completely gone. I was super surprised as I was a bit worried about them. I did start taking collagen powder. 20 g per day. Maybe that is helping.

I am currently pumping each day. 2 sessions at only 5 minutes each. Ian told me not to pump longer. So I have a question in terms of pumping…. I have always found the pumping had more side effects for Girth than length to me. To be honest I like the way it feels. Just wondering if I should continue pumping as I can pump to almost 6.75 length. Erect naturally I am 6 to 6.25” depending on how strong the Erection is. Bone pressed 6.5 to 6.75. My end goal would be to have Erect at 7”.

I still do PE exercises with a warm up using a small heating pad. Hang weights for 1 hour. Currently at 6 lbs. after that I do 10 minutes manual stretching. Then I pump for the 2 sessions at 5 mins. With a 5 min break and I wear a ring at penis base.

Then I do my body work out and some times use the Hanger and I rigged one myself that is a bit more weight. Then I use the ADS from LG Hanger for as many hours as I can during the day.

I can see the PMMA seems to move a bit. I can tell I need more filler at the base. The last 1.5” of my shaft is void of any filler it seems. Hoping Dr. Morales can adjust this as I have read here she seems incredibly talented at filling in things.

I wore a silicone retention sleeve after the pumping to keep the length. This was NOT a good idea. The PMMA moved up the shaft it seemed and I had a baseball bat effect. I stopped doing that obviously.

Is it normal to feel a slight burning sensation while pumping and a bit after?

My goal is to be 6” Girth Flaccid. I am at 5” minimum if I have not pumped or the next morning before I start my routine. Post pumping I am 6” Girth and then is can dissipate to 5.5 over the course of the day.

Sorry this is long, but wanted to explain my whole regiment and what my end goals are. Seeking advise from those who have more experience.

I had a penis “sage” guy I met during my consideration to get the ligaments cut. We texted and spoke on the phone pretty regularly. Then to my surprise the surgeon’s office contacted me in January that he had passed away. I was devastated. Early forties. Too young to go. Anyway I feel lost as I had used him as a main source of all these stupid questions and concerns. He also had many procedures done. Including PMMA. He went too big too fast and warned me NOT to do it. Hence why I went with Avanti Derma as their philosophy with small amounts done over multiple sessions seemed to produce the results I was after. Thrilled I did it! I told Dr. Morales ( and Ian) that she has changed my life. I am a new man. I am trying to figure out when to do round 2.

Thanks in advance to anyone who will take the time to reply. I greatly appreciate it. Looking for my new sage person/s. All my best!

Thanks the update and for sharing. I'm curious about the pumping. Are you trying to achieve permanent results with pumping? My limited experience and decent amount of research suggests to me that pumping is all temporary. In fact, I got tired of pumping for temporary gains which is why I went with the PMMA. Your thoughts on pumping?

Thanks for the reply 6X5to6X7! My thoughts are to help with blood circulation as I am middle aged and I vape. The Girth part was to keep the skin stretched so I could gain more in the next round PMMA. I bought and read the book by Dr. Casavantes from Avanti Derma. He mentions pumping in the book.

I agree with you that post the next round PMMA pumping for any reason beyond circulation might be a waste of time. Also still a bit concerned that pumping too much would somehow damage the PMMA after long term use. Just my own thoughts.

That makes sense. I haven’t read his book, probably should. I was curious about pumping being good for stretching the skin so more filler could fit on follow up rounds.

Hello 6x5to6x7….. I want to double check the book. I will get back to you. My memory was more about this topic relating to circulation. My own comment was about stretching more for the next round PMMA. I can ask Ian about that as he should know. Just wanted to clarify. I do not want to spread false or misleading info. I definitely want another round of PMMA. Trying to figure out when. Currently trying to work on specifically getting more length.

Hello 6X5to6x7,

I sent an e mail to Ian of Avanti Derma yesterday. He replied back that in terms of pumping it should be done at lower pressure. He said to make your penis slightly bigger than when Erect naturally. Do not pump for more than 10 minutes. You can do this once per day. Their philosophy regarding pumping is twofold: one circulation and two if you are planning more PMMA injections it helps to stretch the skin. He was very clear that the pumping needs to be only strong enough to stretch the skin…. NOT to damage the implant, your veins or the skin itself. Hope this helps!

Thanks so much for relaying. This helps me plan my next round. Last I chatted with Ian he told me not to pump until 30 days after a procedure. So my game plan will be to start pumping mid-March, lightly, daily, no more than 10 min a day. I’ll do that until mid-May and head back out for round 3. Stoked!

Your most welcome! Ian told me the same thing not to pump for at least 30 days. I waited a bit longer to the 6 week mark. Then over pumped and he told me to wait another 2 weeks before I tried it again. It is like most other aspects of this penis enlargement journey we are all on here…. Slow and steady. Not a race but a marathon as they say.

I might be going in May myself. I am from NY and live here in Mexico. Playa Del Carmen south of Cancun. April is Easter here and it is celebrated for 2 weeks. Prices go up and vacationers swell here. I am waiting till May sometime as of now.

So when you did pump, sounds like you had an adverse reaction. Do you mind sharing how you pumped to cause the negative reaction and what the negative reaction was?

6X5to6X7…..I had not pumped for the week before my procedure as per Ian. Then waited 6 weeks. Bought a new automatic pump. The first setting was 10. That was way to strong. Hence the very bad reaction. I waited another 2 weeks post that negative side effect. Then I took my old hand pump and did it on very low pressure. No more than 5. I had no reaction whatsoever. It was too much pressure and after a long hiatus from pumping.

Gotcha. That's super helpful. Thanks for sharing. Something else I didn't consider was the time to not pump prior to the procedure. So I'll make sure I don't pump 1 week out from round 3.

Thanks again for sharing your experiences.

It is my pleasure to try to help “pay back” in any way I can. I am only here due to others willing to share their experiences and photos with this community. Had I not been on this forum, I am not sure I would have ever done any of the things I have done thus far. Being a member here as changed my life and I am happy to help others.

Nice progress story. One question: Since DMSO and other creams have impact on PMMA - I m kind of „worried“ what exactly comes on my Dick in daily life!
For example sometimes I use normal body lotion for my whole body only for body care. Is this a reason to be worried?

SeekingRevision wrote: About 5 years since i began my PMMA Journey.

Had 2 full rounds and 1 touch up.

I would strongly encourage anyone with good result after 1 round to stop there and hold on being a lucky man.
I went through the whole process my self. Was almost smart enough to stop at 1 good session, but went for more.
After 2nd session, wasnt to bad, but had a couple small imperfections.
I scheduled a final touch up session and sent in some images and a little description of what i hoped to accomplish during touch up session which i expecter to be very minimal additional PMMA as needed to finetune the contours or disguise an imperfection near base.

Unfortunately the Touch up session didnt turn out well.

A huge amount of PMMA was added near the base on the left side which my pre-appointment message had said was fine.
now theres a clump there about the size of a small chicken mcnugget that is not really attached to the shaft.

Also, they did something out of the ordinary at one point during round 3. Maybe they were kooking at how the previous layer had settled. I remember hearing a rough scraping noise id never heard before and glanced up and saw them looking at something.
Whatever they were doing right then, It resulted in a big lump on upper left side mid shaft.

Shorrtly thereafter I lost my woman because my penis had become to thick to insert in to her vagina and looked bad.

I went back again hoping they would remedy my issues. They attempted to excise the most prominent lump on upper mid shaft, but it didnt change much.

since then ive tried many things to get rid of that lump. even cut it off with a razor twice. But it just comes back as a raised lump of scar tissue again..

Am planning on inquiring if they can break up some of the big nodules near base to smooth it out .
Am not sure though because last 2 appointments it got worse.

Also, when i am soft and i touch behing the big mound of PMMA, like trying to touch the center of my original penile shaft through my pubic fat pad, there is a spike of rough scar tissue and or PMMA that extends as far back as i can feel and i dont remember it going in so deep and far.

So while I am glad that there is some way to improve the penis, I cant possibly stress that you are better off getting 1 good round or maybe a second which will have some imperfections. Any more than that your bound to BUST.

Good Luck to all Members.
P.S. As an analogy, its like playing blacjack against your ego. 21 is perfection. Anything more than 21, You Lose. Strongly Recommend holding at 17,18, or 19..
Its one of those things where you later realize you would have been much smarter if you taken some advice instead of just taking another step and finding out why you should not have for yourself.

Will submit photos if anyone is curios about this case.

Thanks for sharing. Yes, please share photos.
Did the same place do all of your rounds or did round see different doctors? Who did your procedures?

Thank you “seeking Revision” for your detailed story. I am considering getting another round once I make sure my current skin discoloration issue is resolved. That is in a separate thread.

I had a friend who had too much PMMA done. His Girth was 9” at base. He said he got carried away and rather regretted it. He also had to buy special size condoms. Sexual partners became a challenge. He warned my to go slow and know when to stop. He has since passed away or I would ask him to chime in.

As they say pictures are worth a thousand words. When you can see a photo it really takes it home and makes it very clear to others what you are referring to.
Thanks again for sharing your story!!
