Happy New Year to all the members!

I had PMMA done at Avanti Derma on November 29. Yesterday was 6 weeks post the procedure. I have gained 1/2” Flaccid and about the same Erect. Very happy with these results. That puts me to 5” Flaccid and 5.5” Erect.

I was told by Ian not to do any PE till after 6 weeks. I began yesterday Hanging light weights. I am still trying to get o me Erect length goal of 7”. I am currently Erect at 6.25. Not sure that is possible but I have the time to try to reach this goal.

I did get 2 Nodules. One larger one on left side and a smaller one on the right side. Ian said they can be dealt with on my next appointment. It seems a smaller one as also filed on the left side. That makes 3. You do not really notice them. More noticeable Flaccid but you have to look for them. Erect less noticeable.

I bought a new Penis Pump. I used or yesterday for ONLY 5 minutes as per Ian’s instructions. This pump seems to have been way to strong. I now have massive swelling and bruising. Ian told me not to pump for at least 2 more weeks. I am a bit worried as it has been 24 hours and the swelling has not gone done. I am at 6” Flaccid. That is a 1” gain. To be honest I love it, not very worried I have damaged the PMMA or my penis. With that said I do k ow this is my end goal. Flaccid at 6”.

Has anyone had this issue? Any suggestions? I will contact Ian again this morning. Wondering if I should take antibiotics to prevent any possible infection.

I will post some photos. Sorry guys I do not know how to write on the pictures. Technically challenged 57 years old here.

I will say lever all, I have no regrets this far. Very happy! I just hope this pump issue is not a major problem.

The first photo is the Nodule. 2nd phots is the before PMMA. 3 rd photo otjer Nodule. 4 photo Erect, 5 the photo. 6 photo the after pump swelling and bruising.

Honestly just let it be and it will resolve.

As for the nodules I'm not sure what their current instructions are but I'd either leave them alone for now or just gently massage on the regular. I had a couple and they've almost vanished over time. One flared up randomly a couple months after a fill. Everything has been quiet since. I can pump up pretty significantly and it's always fine. What pressure were you at for that five minute pump? Five minutes really shouldn't do much other than induce a real good Erection and give a nice stretch.

Thanks Justn8!

I think the issue could have been the pump. It is new and the lowest setting is -10kpa. I get confused by those numbers. I have only used the pumps with the hand held pump and guage. I wanted to try an automatic one. On the hand pump I usually stay around 5 to 7. I thought oh well this is not that much more. Seems it was. After this swelling and bruising goes away I will wait 2-3 weeks before I dare try this again. I will go back to the manual pump for sure.

As for the nodules I was told to massage them. As 6 weeks have passed seems they are not really going anywhere. Also the pump episode seems to have made them worse. Ian said they can be dealt with on my next round.

Thanks so much for your reply. I really appreciate it. Feeling a bit freaked out that I messed the PMMA up.

Nothing is messed up! You're going to notice changes too as the collagen forms. They can deal with a lot in a follow up session. Honestly don't obsess too much, enjoy it, and know you can go for a touch up to tidy things up if you feel you need it or you can get subsequent full rounds for more bulk. Just remember no matter what, it'll never be perfect. The trade offs are so worth it in my opinion. Especially if mentally you're ok with accepting the above.

Well thanks for those very positive reassuring words! At this juncture, if the nodules I have are the worst case scenario, I am 100% fine with it. My mental state of mind is very zen these days. I have a new sense of confidence I never had before. I wish I had done this years ago. Thanks again for your reply. It made my day much better!
