Thanks for the kind feedback and I'm all too happy to provide my experience on this board. There is literally no other board, group, or place to find real candid feedback and results like this board provides. I feel that I benefited from this board, and now I'm obligated to help others by posting my experience. And if there are any level of details, down to the menu at Emma's or how competitive the poker at the casino is, just ask, Ha! But seriously.

I actually don't know or recall how many cc's of HA I had in my glans. It is just part of the Utmost package. I'm sure there is some benefit, but honestly, I can't tell if my glans is any larger or not. Looks the same to me, maybe the corona is slightly more pronounced with a full erection. They only inject in the corona. Every injection site in the corona had small bruising, but it didn't hurt afterward nor was it sensitive, and the bruising went away already. I'd say, if you are paying extra for it, then maybe save your money, but if it's in a package deal like the Utmost, go for it. That's just my opinion based on how my penis reacted to the HA in the glans. Said another way, I'd never travel all that way just for HA filler in the glans. The results are not so pronounced that it moves the needle on size.

Day 7 update. I'll be brief and follow up with pics later.

All holes completely closed and can't even see where they were. All swelling and bruising gone.

6.5" Erect Length
4.5" glans corona
5.5" Erect Girth at circ scar

Now for my wife's reaction. Keep in mind, she has no idea I did this. The visual difference is significant both Flaccid and Erect. Hey guys, just figured I'd post some updates now that we are at the 30+ day mark.

Here are some Flaccid pics and stats.

Flaccid length +/-5" (depending on many factors but that's where it tends to hold mostly, sometimes down to 4.5" with extreme retraction like cold shower but rarely)

Flaccid Girth +/- 5"

So, I gained +/- 1" both Flaccid Girth and Flaccid length

Other observations and commentary:
- All bruising is gone
- All discomfort with erections, sex, etc are gone
- I'm fortunate to not have any nodules. They did try to form where the entry holes are, but I would massage the shit out of them, even if it hurt. Felt like I was going to bruise myself, but I sucked it up and massaged hard. That worked and I have no nodules.
- Wear the ball noose that Ian provides 24/7 early on. For first few weeks at least. I only take it off now when I sleep. It's ALL about reducing retraction as much as possible as well as massage.
- Massage throughout the day and at night
- Get as many erections as possible and "smooth" it all out. It's odd, but the imperfections you'll see when Flaccid almost all go away when Erect. I also think all the highly oxygenated blood flow advances healing and promotes collagen production. But that's just my intuition.
- No pumping at least the first 30-45 days. I haven't even tried yet.
- I wish I would have incorporated a noose and weight stretcher, so I'm going to start that soon.
- The first time I had sex was probably to early. It hurt like hell for hours afterwards. Oddly, more my Balls than anything else. Felt like a donkey kicked me in the nuts. Not sure what that was about, but I think I had sex on day 6 or 7. Waaaay too early. But I'm weak for pussy.
- If you have sex or masterbate within first 30 days, I would do everything you can not to orgasm. Probably impossible. I noticed that after orgasm is when I would have the strongest retraction. I got to where I would masterbate multiple times in the day and throughout the night to get an Erection but I would not climax. That kept me proper plump most of the day or evening and when I slept. A big benefit to aesthetics long term.
- I definitely have two retraction rings that I will hopefully get fixed in February when I go in for round 2. One is just after the base but before mid-shaft, and the second is just behind the circ scar but before mid-shaft. Ian noted most guys have 2-3 rings that need fixing later. It's very very common.

Erect results 6 weeks later. Basically, all as held up since my Day 7 update. Only measured change is around circ scar where I lost about .25"

Erect stats:
6.0" Erect length
6.5" Bone pressed Erect length
4.5" glans corona
5.0" Erect Girth at circ scar
5.25" Erect Girth between circ scar and mid-shaft
5.75" Erect Girth at mid-shaft
6.0" Erect Girth at base

Some observations:
- Its surprising how quickly you adjust to the visual of having a much larger penis. It is so natural, and quickly feels like its the penis you've always had. I have to go back and look at the pics in my initial post to appreciate the size variance.
- I'm excited about round 2 for even more size, but also to fill in some narrow areas. I have a "retraction ring" below the circ scar and mid-shaft, and another between mid-shaft and the base. When fully Erect, the shape is tapered almost perfectly as you can see by the measurements above. However, when Flaccid, the rings are noticeable, or at least to me. My wife just says my penis is good looking and "plump", but I can definitely see and feel the rings.
- It took a while to get used to packing more volume when wearing pants, and took getting used to when at the urinal. These are good issues to have to adjust to. HA!
- My wife is still very happy. She's a very smart woman, but still doesn't know I had PMMA treatment. She knows I've been pumping, stretching and taking supplements like collagen and I told her I guess its just all working. LOL! That said, she might know I did something and is just not asking. Who knows, but we're having fun with this thicker Dick. And it's only getting bigger in February!
