I've been a lurker and extremely occasional poster for years both here and on the previous iteration of the board. I've done inconsistent manual stretching, ADS, pump, for 5+ years and have seen temporary to medium term results, but have never had the diligence to actually stick with it and make a long-term difference. Like all of you, I've also been researching and toying with the idea of finally getting fillers done, but honestly as amazing as the work AD does, committing to multiple rounds of international travel for this interest was to big a leap for me. So recently when perusing the board and seeing Dr. Rupeka's thread and seeing that he's in the midwest (where I am as well), along with Truckerguy's terrific progress reports, I'm finally taking the first step!
Reached out to Youthology over the weekend to begin consultation for my first round of PMMA (Bellafill), sometime in the new year.
A little about myself: I'm 32 years old, 5'11", around 135-140 lbs. Distance runner and workout ~5 nights per week. Nonsmoker, moderate drinker. Circumcised.
My current stats are as follows: Erect: BPEL 6.5
EG (Base) 5.4
EG (Mid) 5
EG (Below glans) 4.9 Flaccid: BPFL 4.5

I've never had any complaints, and am hovering above western average, but genuinely love the idea of being more than that. Additionally, as you can see in my calc results, I am absolutely a Grower, and want to improve the look of my Flaccid hang.
I plan to take a similar approach that Truckerguy documented in his threads of starting with ~10 syringes then continuing as appropriate. Tweaked slightly as I am 100% a Grower, and expect that to slow down my Flaccid gains. I also projected post-round-two gains given the assumptions that: round one goes as anticipated, I actually want a round two, and there would be some diminishing returns/tradeoff of length-vs-Girth. Overall, my current-versus-goals look like this:

Just got off the phone with Kristina at Youthology office to answer questions, extremely knowledgeable and also called out that the consult was really to answer whatever questions I had.
Couple of helpful details that get asked on every thread:
The doctor uses Bellafill PMMA (20%). Also can do HA but prefers Bellafill.
Injected by cannula only.
Rough estimate of planned syringes is needed for booking, but can be changed based on needs that day. Office recommends somewhere between 10 and 25 syringes (I looked it up and each syringe of Bellafill has 0.8cc of Bellafill in it.)
Also offers PRP, recommended deciding whether or not to do it sooner than day-of.
She did share pricing over the phone, but I won't share publicly. Happy answer via DM.
Asks for a ~2-3 week period of availability for booking to nail down appointment.
I'm going to be flying in so I didn't have my exact availability yet, going to figure it out tonight and call back in the morning. I was originally thinking late February, but they had sooner availability.
Question for y'all (and Dr. Rupeka if you're around) What sort of pre-care did you do, and how early did you start? I live relatively healthily, but am not supplementing in any way other than a multivitamin. Any success stories with adding or removing X leading up to the procedure?
