Hi there, new here and will try to keep this short as possible for you all.

Starting stats: around 6'-6.3 BPEL, 5.5' NBPEL and EG was around 4.75'
Clinic used: Androfill London
Doctor: Dr Horn
Filler used: premium androfil
Amount used: round 1 was 18ml over two sessions one month apart with 10ml in October and 8ml November 2021 respectively

Results from round one: I was hit by anxiety after the first procedure in Oct 2021. Totally freaked out and couldn't get hard enough to really mould anything due to the anxiety. Convinced myself I'd broken my penis etc. I've never had anxiety before, as in what I assume was like a genuine acute anxiety episode so that was weird for me. Credit to Francis for being on hand during those days to help keep me calm.

From the first 10ml my penis went from around 4.75 mseg to about 5.1 after the swelling had gone in the month between procedures. But bear in mind I did little to no moulding in this time so this may have hindered results.

By the second procedure of a further 8ml I was much calmer and never became anxious. I bought a sport strap and moulded properly once the second procedure was complete over the next few days.
My EG shot up to around 5.6/5.7eg however this was short lived and once swelling went down in the next few daya I leveled out at about 5.2-5.5 mseg and a constant 5.5 at the base.

Overall I was fairly happy, although I must say results weren't overly long lasting. By around 4 months or so the 5.5 mseg had slowly gone down to around 5.1.

By around month 9/10 the mid shaft had reached 4.9, maybe 5.0 on an amazing day so still an improvement but certainly not long lasting results.

I decided to go again, and last week had 10ml of androfil again this time building on my now 4.9 of girth rather than my natural 4.75. I am going back after 2 weeks for a further 10ml although this time I intend to add 5ml androfil and try out 5ml of either voluma or volux to see if that is any better etc.
After my first 10ml i am around 5.25mseg and 5.5 at the base now the major of the initial swelling has gone.

My aim when I'm down with the next lot would be to keep at about 5.75mseg if possible, so if I don't achieve that now, I may go back again around November/December time for a further 5ml, but beyond that I think it will be too much considering my length is very average.
I'd then look to maintain every 6 months or so with hopefully about 5ml at a time.

I do have one bit of advice required from the senior pros here though - I don't know if I have some pelvic floor issues, or if it's like mild peryones disease or something, but I have an hourglass issue that occasionally forms (mainly when I need to poop) and I'm worried it might migrate the filler down too quickly and bunch it all up, possibly pushing it out of the penis altogether.. I have always veered to the left and as you can see from the pics I'll attach I have an indent on the left, but sometimes the hour glass is very aggressive and really pinches the midshaft in. This doesn't effect my erections and I do not have pain getting one, nor is sex painful at all. I've always had a slight curve to the left, but the hourglass is something I fear may not make me a long term candidate for filler as I'm convinced it does force the filler to move, even after it is meant to have settled.
I've been using low dose cialis and even valium to relax my pelvic floor post procedure whilst the filler sets to help minimise the hourglass, which does seem to be helping.

I asked Dr Horn about this and his thoughts but to be totally honest, he seemed (and often seems) just indifferent to any questions I have and brushed it off without really saying anything about it.

Any ideas from you guys (seeing as you're probably all much more knowledge than I) as to A) what this issue may be and B) if it might be effecting the longevity of my filler?

Thanks for your help guys.

It sounds like you have Hyaluronic Acid (HA), which is a temporary filler that can last anywhere from 1 to 2+ years, and it sounds like you were on the lower end of the average spectrum. HA's longevity varies person-to-person. Some people have the filler dissipate quicker than others, akin to the analogy of metabolism, where one person can lose fat with diet & exercise faster than another person can with the same diet & exercise; same holds true with HA, some will break it down faster than others.

That said, you may want to ask them about Ellanse if you prefer longer-lasting results, especially since you appear to be someone who goes through HA quicker than average.

As for the photos - for some reason they did not attach correctly. Please send those 2 photos to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and I'll have them loaded correctly. Until then I can only speculate based on your description - I wouldn't worry about it migrating, much less migrating "out of your penis altogether." I'm more inclined to think it's either (1) an aesthetic issue that can be corrected in subsequent visits, or more likely (2) a separate issue altogether, seeing how Cialis & valium seem to improve the condition. Wait till you're completely healed & settled, and if this issue persists, you'll want to have a medical assessment to rule out things like Peyronies, etc.

Thank you for the response.

It was indeed HA and I did fear that I may burn through it quickly. Something more long term might be an option but I think I might need to get myself checked out for more serious issues like you said.

I have emailed you the two images.

Hopefully I don't have a more serious issue. I really just thought filler would be the answer to my issues but perhaps not.

Edit: I should add, without Cialis or vals, I notice I seem to suffer from possible poor blood flow and possibly hard Flaccid. Again, I know this probably screams "go to a doctor idiot" but in truth I made 2 kids with it and I always seemed to get pretty rock hard when properly aroused, so I didn't think much of it until deciding to go for filler.

The pictures are loaded correctly now.

I'm not a medical doctor and my observations are merely speculation. My question is whether or not the curvature shown in the photos existed prior to getting any procedures done? If so, and this angle persists even after filler application, it may be more a matter of your penis (e.g. mild Peyronie's, or some other condition) than it was the Girth enhancement.

I would get Dr. Horn's opinion as well as a 2nd medical opinion before pursuing any further Girth enhancement. If it is a separate condition, you'll want to look into having that treated first.

I shall speak to Dr Horn this time next week when I go back for the next installment. Although when previously asked he's shown virtually no interest in the subject when I've tried to bring it up. His bedside manner is, well, in my experience hit and miss, and I know that's a fairly consistent complaint on the forums.
I have also reached out today to another London based Dr who specialises in things like the P shot etc. Is there much on that here on the site about that at all? It seems everyone thought prp was promising circa 2014, but by the early 2020's everyone just says its a waste of money? In terms of dealing with mild peyronie's I read it helps around 70-80% of men? But that's just taken from some random website. I know the peyronie's forums discuss it, but that place is mega depressing, some of those guys really have it rough and I feel bad for them, hope they get a safe cure for the more serious cases soon.

To clarify, the dent has been this way for at least 5 years now, and my penis always naturally curved to the left anyway way before filler etc and having filler doesn't seem to make it any worse.
I believe the dent is an old bathmate injury from when I was a newbie, so most likely mild peyronie's or equally likely hard Flaccid due to pelvic floor issues, which I believe are the most common form of injuries.

Like I said, it doesn't really effect my sex life as far as I can tell and erections aren't painful, it's just aesthetically not ideal.

Can I also ask you another question please as I see you're very good at responding to people here - I'm not sure of your stats exactly or what you've had done, but from your other posts I've seen you mentioned you started small but now have a lot of filler in you, my length isn't huge, like around 5.5 nbpel, how much filler do you think I would max out at before it's just soft as hell down there?
Dr Horn I think has always said 20ml max, but 20ml doesn't seem to get me to where I want to be in terms of overall Girth. Very tricky.

An injury possibly sustained from manual PE exercises (i.e. pumping) that has manifested into a noticeable curve in which even fillers can't hide -- sounds to me like a matter that should be addressed first.

To be frank, Dr. Horn is a Plastic Surgeon and his specialty is aesthetic medicine - even with his knowledge, he may be limited in his understanding of deformities that require a separate kind of treatment (one in which deals with the underlying plaque in Peyronies).

A reconstructive Urologist told me that some cases of Peyronie's stem from over working the shaft (aggressive and prolonged masturbation, stretching & Hanging devices, etc.) -- not saying that this is your case but you ought to rule it out first.

As for your question about the extent of filler, it's hard to say. I've read reports on the older 2.0 forum where men say having a lot of product actually ended up becoming firmer, maybe due to the previous rounds of filler having integrated in the surrounding tissues (?). Most reports of HA here are in low-to-modest volumes, so how much truth there is to the aforementioned anecdote is hard to say. My recommendation would be to take a layering approach (if you can afford to), and go every 3 or 6 months to layer until you feel you are pushing the bounds of natural aesthetics & feel.
