First follow-up with Ian was painful, but thankfully it was short-lived. I've got quite a lot of bruising but no pain until I start massaging. I received 13cc 30% and 9cc 10%, by the way.

I really cannot believe how swollen this thing is. The skin is stretched to its utter limit. I almost vomited AND passed out in the bathroom at 4am trying to massage, I think from a combination of the Flomax (common side effect) and taking the other medications on an empty stomach (stupid).

I have another appointment with Ian in an hour for IPL and more manipulation, although I have no idea how he will be able to tell what he's doing with so much swelling in the way. I certainly can't.

My follow-up is at 10. It kinda helped for me with this being 3rd rd I knew where my low spots are so I'm able to massage in that direction. When you're massaging just look for any lumps, bumps, or any product leaking out. I take a low dose of Cialis, keep it stretched, and occasionally stimulate an Erection to keep it elongated, help with blood flow, and to make sure it's all settling how I want

Leaking out? How would you prevent that and would you get top off on follow up visit to make sure even?

The leaking issue is from entry points. At first it may be excess product. You don't want that to harden up at entry points. Ian will show you how to massage it and pinch at the entry points.
Yes future visits will be used to address any low points but ideally by massaging and keeping it extended shouldn't really have many but nothing is perfect. I have a very tight layer of skin that makes it very hard to keep product in that area so I have to massage towards that area and try and force product to settle there.
The Cialis normally I just have one if I know I'm gonna have a very enjoyable long weekend. But in a situation like this I'd just take 5mg every morning to every other morning. Just to encourage blood flow to the area and prevent retraction it's not really a set in stone rule. I just know my body and I retract alot so I'm going too take it daily for a week or so.

Thanks., yea i scheduled my procedure on august 11, I’m guessing from the sound of it. I have no choice but to stay in hotel room and not walk around San Diego just to keep it healing. Was planning to go to dispensary just to stock up and help reduce pain and inflammation (they have topicals)

Ian told me I have to wait 15 days before I can have sex, but most people here mentioned like 10, not sure why I’m different lol. But stretching he said can be month or more.

Kinda curious how long he mentioned for you to do stretching ?

Day 3 post-op update:

I made it home last night. I was traveling for 12 hours yesterday, which made it very difficult to keep an eye on everything. The shuttle back to SD airport was the worst part, as the driver had the HEATER (?!) on and it took almost three hours.

Most of the swelling has gone down, but the loose skin around my circ scar is still very red and swollen (has anyone else experienced this?), which makes using the Hanger impossible--it just slips right off because there's no space for it behind the glans. I also have a ring of tight skin just behind it that doesn't seem to want to hold product, and it seems to want to settle more at the base than anything. Since I'm not interested in a "traffic cone" look, I've been really working on massaging it up the shaft, but this whole process is very difficult. I'm not sure if I'm confusing product and swelling, but it seems that almost as soon as I push things away from one area, it immediately fills back up. I took a dose of Cialis (well, Invictus, the Mexican off-brand) this morning for the first time in my life, so we'll see how my body responds. Has anyone used this stuff and if so, do you have any thoughts on quality vs US-made tadalafil?

I measured about 4.8" Flaccid this morning, which is over an Inch increase, but I'm sure that some of it is swelling. I will try to post some pictures soon.

You can't get the noose Hanger on immediately behind your glans? I'll post a progress report and try and include a picture wearing it. I mostly loosely wrap to keep it elongated. Tight enough to keep it elongated. Not tight enough to really compress the product. I also have an extremely tight area of skin that doesn't hold product well at all that is lower to the base on me. So when I massage I massage both areas towards that low point. I also wrap slightly tighter in the fuller areas to help kinda force product to the low point.

No, the area right behind my glans is too swollen, so I can't get the Hanger to stay put. It's as if there's just not enough space for it there. Thankfully, though, I'm still off of work, so I can hang around the house manually stretching it out pretty much all day.

Day 4 update:
Yesterday I noticed a low spot on the left side of the shaft, but I only noticed it after inducing an erection with the tadalafil. I really wish I had taken it sooner--lesson learned. While erect, I attempted to push some product from a built-up area on the lower part of the shaft into the spot where it needed it, and I think it may have worked to some extent, but the carrier was pretty much absorbed and it was quite painful. I spent a lot of time massaging yesterday because I felt like the window of opportunity was closing, but I was making myself pretty damn sore by the end of the day. So today, I'm going to focus on keeping it extended as I feel that massaging is hurting more than helping at this point. The swelling has gone down enough that I'm able to wear my Zen ADS, so I'm using that at the moment. I have an infrared mineral heating lamp, and I plan to do at least a couple of 30-minute sessions per day to promote healing and collagen production.

It seems like most of the swelling in the shaft has subsided. Current measurements are 4.25" FG and 5" EG, but I know that this will likely not match my final measurements after a few months. Still, it's nice to see and feel such an increase.
I think I'll wait until the swelling around the Circumcision scar has gone down to take some photos so that we can see a good before/after comparison. I've been wearing the ADS for most of my waking hours, except when I have to leave the house. I still haven't found an ADS solution that is truly stealth. If anyone has any recommendations, I'd love to hear them!

Have you thought of using cannabis/cbd topical to help with swelling?

When I had juverderm filler, the swelling and pain was bad. I used salonpas patch which you can get at Costco, Amazon or cvs. It helped with pain greatly

@Oslo No, but I do use lots of cannabis oil sublingually on a regular basis, so maybe that's helping some.

It's now been 9 days since my procedure, and I think 99% of my swelling is gone. This, of course, means that I can really see the imperfections now, and there are a few that I know will need to be addressed. The only major issue is on the left side on the circ scar towards the glans. There's quite a buildup of product there that I thought was just lymphatic fluid during the first three days, so I didn't mess with it very much. I get some pain there when I've been wearing the ADS for a few hours. I've tried to massage it under the heat lamp, but it's really not going anywhere at this point, unfortunately. I'm hoping that it doesn't cause any major problems later on. I know they'll be able to even it out by adding more product on the right side, which I guess is the only real solution. I will post some photos later with some more details.
