Was granted access to view photos again. He’s the results, about 2 months post op. Don’t think size is going to change up or down at this point. Aethestically I am very pleased. So much so, that I’m debating on a second round sometime in the future. But we’ll see.

How is the firmness/ridgity of Erection after using only 10% throughout?

Feels as firm as before. Honestly can’t tell any difference in firmness.

What were your final gains? You already had an impressive size to begin with.

Thanks Yosh. I ended up with about 3/8” gain. Am considering a second round of 10% for an extra 3/8”. I was really impressed with the aesthetics/feel after round 1, I think another 3/8 would still look pretty natural.

I got my procedure last week at AD, went with 12 ML of Ellanse. The procedure was a breeze, no pain at alll, and a visible impressive result right out the gate.
I was given the post care instructions from Ian. Came back the next day and he examined it, and showed me how to massage it and stretch it using the weight.
So far so good. It's been a week now. I have been able to massage and mold the shaft accordingly, but there was a bit lump, under on the back, sitting between the back bottom of my shaft and my scrotum, it is huge. That material went adrift, and didn't stick to the shaft. When it is soft it kind of helps to protrude my penis forward giving it more prominence, but when Erect, it shows a huge lump and looks more like a third testicle Hanging high. I showed that to Ian who told me to continue to massage, but I feel the filler has settled except for that part. He said the swelling is still there and it will go down, but I am seriously concerned. Has any one experienced this? I have attached a couple of pictures circling the lump. I remember asking if there was any chance of the material sliding to my scrotum and the answer was no, but I guess this is what I was fearing. Time will tell, I am willing to wait 6 weeks and see how this all settles but would love to get anyone's feedback on a similar experience and how that paned out after 6-8 weeks.

I had that same lower lump shown in your 2nd photo after I can't remember which round (maybe 3rd?). I can't say for certain, the Doctor will make that call, but it certainly looks like mine. It shouldn't be painful after you've completely healed, maybe slightly tender at worst. It should feel like thick skin just at the border of the base of your shaft.

I would wait till the 6 week marker; as long as it doesn't get larger, harden, or become painful, I wouldn't stress.

In my case, I believe they were attempting to inject a lot at the base and this carried over. It won't migrate, it'll be surrounded with collagen. The good news is, after Revision, it's been non-existent since. Heck I forgot about it until now when seeing your photo.

In the video that's been posted of you (girl is absolutely banging btw) , it looks like there's a bit of squish when you are going to insert. Was that just you not being fully hard? Or maybe that was earlier post-op when the material was still more malleable. How was/is your Erection quality before and after the procedure?

edit: just realized the video is not actually you, but someone else you had found

@skeptical_one Sounds like the same thing, except that when I am erected that lump made my base so big that I can’t grab my shaft because of the unevenness (I should take a picture), there little length left towards the gland where it feels like my shaft got smaller because of that. Laying down in bed, with an erection, makes it look like something is wrong, as the mass is pronouncedly larger than my testicles . I have to say, that was one part of the pre-procedure that in hindsight was not discussed in length. I asked Dr M if she knew where how much to inject based on what she was seeing, and I guess she deliberately applied it to the base in large amounts when it wasn’t needed.
Did the lump go down in size for over at the end of the 6 weeks? I am 9 days post procedure and I don’t think I can move or spread that material anymore.
Also, I feel my penis can be found in different shapes, at any given time. I have to massage it constantly to mold it into a more symmetrical form. I am really curious if someone has documented the 6 weeks progress and from what I described, what is expected and how it’s expected to improve. I also had a hard nodule on the circ sac that is slightly painful to the touch. If any one can direct me to a post or someone who has described their journey till 6 weeks. I am really interested in know what should improve.
Thanks!

Not sure if this was for me. My Erection is fine but it is different as my penis is much heavier now.

I can't recall if it lessened by 6 weeks, but if it did I'm thinking it probably wasn't significant. If by week 4-6 it's still just as prominent as it is now, I'd try and setup a touch-up appointment as soon as you logistically can, aimed specifically at revising that area. I say sooner than later because I feel they get better revision results, since the tissue isn't nearly as fibrotic as it will be in the years ahead.

Either way, I don't have that problem anymore and was quite impressed they were able to correct it - it was just like your photo and now that I am feeling around my base, virtually non-existent. This could be due in part to me not waiting more than a year per rounds, but not totally sure. What I can tell you is that it is very correctable, you just have to monitor it and be proactive with your follow-up appointment.

I should point out I have PMMA and you have Ellanse, but they generate collagen much the same way so I imagine my comments are still within context.

Otherwise you have a good looking post-op unit! Good luck.

@willy11 That lump you have is most likely from where they injected the lidocaine to numb you. It just seems to get inflamed down there at the base. Mine swelled up exactly like that for about a week, I thought it was filler too, and tried to push it out as hard as I could and was worried when nothing would move. By the end of the second week it had completely gone away.

@heyho12345 Correct, that is not me in the video.

After my first round had healed, I felt no difference in firmness. There was no “squish” at all. There was a slight gap in the neck region, but they tapered it so well, that it wasn’t a concern. I haven’t been called out for having my Dick enhanced. I actually got a 2nd round not long ago. Still not fully healed, but so far, the aesthetics are looking even better than round 1 at the same time post procedure. I had them inject filler a little closer to the glans this time, so the taper is looking really nice from mid shaft to the glans, with almost no gap whatsoever.

@Girthyplease might be right, it could be a reaction to the lidocaine. You see, I can't recall exactly why I had the same lump, but now that he mentions that... ugh, I wish I could for the life remember how much of my revision was for the base and how much of that bump was due to a minor reaction... I guess I'll never know, but definitely a possibility.

I don’t think it has anything to do with the lidocaine. I feel the material under the skin. It travelled lower below the base. It is important to document this because I can tell a lot of people might have had the same problem and it is more important to document how this condition evolves. I was told that it could be treated with Kenalog shots but not sure to what extent. I was asked again to wait 6 weeks and see how it looks and feels. Remember, this is still not a treatment adopted or approved by the majority of doctors. There must be reasons why but I was willing to roll the dice and follow protocol to see how it turns out but I find important to let others know what to expect. The circ sac nodules are also hard one day, where it feels like plastic is under the skin, and the next day feels better, up and down every day. Overall I am happy with the Girth, not happy with these issues but will give it time as requested to see what happens.
