I’m going to be having PMMA done within the couple of weeks. I have some pretty significant retraction I need to prevent. FL is 3” and EL is 6.” FG is 3.5”. EG 5”. Thoughts? Suggestions?

Sports tape, or Coband works great. You can use the crepe bandage for underneath so the adhesive on the tape doesn't remove any scabbing from injections. Be a good idea to start using it at night now to get an idea of how to apply it. Doesn't need to be tight or constricting. For me it kept it extended quite well.

Take a Cialis before hand. Keep things warm. Avoid doing things that cause you to retract. For me that's working out and running. Use wrap, sleeve, or Hanging device to keep it extended. Nothing that clamps down on the shaft itself. He made a very good point about possibly start wrapping now so you learn best method for you. You want it tight enough that it doesn't slip off but not so tight that you're choking off circulation. Texas has a great aftercare routine pinned that you should read through.

Hey, thanks. I’ve read it and ordered the autoxlsleeve and the still on device. I posted on his after care routine asking about the sleeve going on the glans if HA filler is placed there. Still waiting on a response. Wonder if that will be okay.
