TOPIC: 10ml HA done on 2/28 in Sacramento (pics inside) Question on Circ scar filler

Day 1 About 915 am March 15 Lots Of Swelling And The Swelling Is Making It Retract A Little. Im Concerned It Will Push Up To The Top Half Of The Shaft. Last Night With Lidocaine I Was Able To Massage It Down Taper Toward The Base. The Left Side Is Tapered And The Roght Has More Of A Shelf The Last half Or so Inches To the Base. Naturally It Always Sits To My Left Which I Believe Can Affect The Settlement Of The Filler. The Night Was Notmuch Sleep. Woke Up Swollen With It Standing 4 to 6 Times. Trucking Along. Happy Happy And Ready For Recovery Process

Continues to be difficult aha has a machine that can help it settle.

She asked what I wanted to do and I said well I want another 16ML but
I’d rather do what she recommends to get the best esthetic look. She recommended 6. I agreed and got started with the procedure. I shared erect photos and explained that I was hoping to blend the taper from the top of the shaft down to creat more of a even cylinder down the whole shaft. She looked at the photos we analyzed it and then completed the procedure. Her and her assistant made the process fairly comfortable.

I would defiantly do it again because the results are so worth it.

Hi, I’m curious about filler pooling around Circ scar. I can’t tell if it is molding or swelling issue. I was going to wait to upload pics but I am hoping for feedback. I have my 14 day follow up appointment tomorrow and was planning on getting another 10ml but I am hoping to get feedback from the community on the shaping and swelling.


After reading the boards for a few months I decided to to 10ml HA as a starter. My plan is to to 20ml-30ml total in the next 45-90 days.
In December 2021, before I found phalloboards I made a list of half a dozen providers in Northern California and two in Southern California. I setup consults with Dr. J Sweat and Irina Dariychuck in Sacramento and the other was Dr Liu in the Bay Area.

Dr Liu’s office who were very professional and efficient. The office admin asked how I found them which I replied google (it was a few weeks before he started advertising on this board). I scheduled a FaceTime consultation and he pitched me two sessions of silicone. He was warm and confident durning the consultation. After further research I eliminated silicone as an option. It may be good most of the time but the consequences of a complication are too great to consider it as an option at present.

I researched and Identified J Sweat Plastic Surgery and Irina Dariychuck in Sacramento as a top injector in Northern California. I called to speak with them about their treatment and schedule a consultation. They were professional and in my judgement seemed to be a really talented skilled dermal filler injector. I scheduled the procedure.

One of two things will happen. I will like the HA and keep topping it off over the coming years or I will appreciate the experience and go for Ellanse or pmma in the coming 24 months. The HA in lieu of the ellanse was the easy and accessible way to go for me now.

I have not taken after measurements. I'm waiting for everything to settle.

From everything I have read on here, that area between scar and glans always has more swelling that takes a couple weeks to fully dissipate. The results after the 3 or 4 week mark look a lot more tapered and natural once the swelling comes down in that area.

I also have a pretty high circ scar, higher than yours, so I’m very curious to see how your end results turn out. Almost pulled the trigger last week on some Ellanse, but reading about people having issues with the thin skin above the circ scar, made me back out until I can do some more research.

It went great. I just updated the post with the details. I may have left a few things out so feel free to ask questions.

Here are pics from yesterday immediately post procedure, last night and this morning.

The most important thing I learned is that the bump on the left will totally settle and it will get more even. Massage is good and hot
Compresses and baths.

24 hours post procedure:

I have a little more swelling faster than the first round. And it is getting Girth and shorter. I talked to staff and have sent them photos and they said it can all be massaged out and will settle. I have had head ache and a little warm but no chills or any other symptoms

I did 2 15 minute sessions of hot compress and it felt really good.

The injection sites do not hurt and look ok I think. Im cautious if infection and have been drinking a ton of water, and supplements to try and keep immune system strong. I’m not opposed to but want to avoid taking anything at all.

Are you keeping that wrapped?

I found when first op had a lot of swelling, after massaging downwards it pushed a lot of fluid to the end but wrapping in Coband helped a great deal. Also prevents it from getting kinks or accordion and helps it stay stretched out. Also aids swelling.

I find day 2 , more so, day 3 is best for moulding with Ellanse, unsure about HA though.

I have not wrapped it. I’ll get some coband and give it a try. It’s swelling a lot.

Update: I wrapped it for the first time ever. We are currently 28 hours post second session.

How long should I leave it on?

Not too tight.
Nice and even.
Pretty much keep mine on 24/7. After a week it's mostly at night to avoid kinking, recoil or anything. Helps with swelling a lot and keeps it uniform.
Also helps if you have to go anywhere.
