TOPIC: PMMA with loose circumcision

Hi guys. I've been trying to find more information and pictures on this subject, I'm posting now to get more information instead.

The thing is I'm Circumcised but the technique didn't cut-off any skin, instead they were snipped and sewed. So now the glans are completely exposed and I have the extra skin on the distal area. The cut is not high was well, about an Inch from the head. Personally I don't mind the extra skin, this probably adds to sexual pleasure. I can't figure out if this matters for the PMMA procedure. I understand that the injections would be below the skin, but I'm not sure how that translate to a similar loose Circumcision. When I was Circumcised decades ago, I remember my penis swelling on the distal area, making it bulbous and I hate for that to be a final outcome given PMMA is permanent lol.

I'm considering getting PMMA done with Avanti in Tijuana. Ian said he's positive we can still proceed, but I would really appreciate to know if others had similar situation and have had successful PMMA without going through Circumcision Revision.

My concerns would be not having fillers in the area and there would be a noticeable gap. And also the fillers going into the loose skin as I mentioned.

Were you able to send them a picture? It might not tell them the whole story but could be a good point of reference. If Ian suspects it's manageable, it likely is - however I'm curious to know if any "Revision Circumcision" can be done to eliminate the remnant loose skin? I don't know if it's necessary since you say you're technically Circumcised, but just thinking aloud.

The gap can present challenges with injections, regardless of filler. This is why seeking out an experienced Clinic would be ESSENTIAL if you're getting Girth enhancement, and yea, as you're probably aware, Avanti Derma is about as experienced as they come.

If the area to be injected is next to the actual penis, my guess is that it’s fine. Especially if it’s only injected on the top and sides. Do they inject on the underside as well?

If one pulls the penis skin, are you actually pulling the area to be injected as well? Or that stays tight and close to the penis?

Bumping this topic as I'm also curious what happens in an uncut/loosely Circumcised penis with PMMA.

When Erect, does the PMMA move back and forth with the motion of the skin? Does it bunch up near the glans forming a donut shape with each outward stroke?

If any members are familiar with pumping, then I'm sure you're aware of what I'm talking about. When masturbating after a pumping session the skin can bunch of near the glans with each outward stroke, creating a pig-in-a-blanket or "donut" effect around the glans. The skin feels very puffy and full with edema. Is it the same thing with PMMA only harder?

I got 3 session pmma by Dr C. - Before I got a loose/low circumcision. I want to tight up this circumcision now with a tight/low circumcision.

There is even a video where Dr Casavantes says he got a Pmma Session on himself - and after that he got a tight cut.

If there is a difference in risks between getting cut after pmma im general or getting a loose/low cut to a tight/low cut would be interesting!
