TOPIC: Planning my trip to Androfill

Hey guys going forward with the Ellanse treatment soon.
Androfill seems to be very relaxed about the post procedure molding of the product. They said I dont need to come in for a checkup next day. And If I need support someone explaining me how to properly mold I can call via WhatsApp.
Which makes me a bit nervous, isnt the post procedure the most importantpart of the procedure? Or do I overthink it.
Should I fly back on same day or stay longer?
Should I wear a phallosan stretcher to have the unit stretched during healing? The clinique recommends just to wear supportive underwear.

I figure they will give you the post-op protocol to follow and that, short of complication or aesthetic irregularity, a second visit would present redundancy or uselessness in their eyes. At least that's what I'd gather if I were told the same. I wouldn't be worried to be quite frank, between the WhatsApp and the patient reporting here, there is plenty to rely on to see things through. It's a an expression of confidence from the Clinic, in that they do these a lot, and they have faith in their post-op instructions once their patients leave the door.

Heck, I'd posit the reason why you read about a lot of "next-day visits" are mostly from Avanti Derma patients, and this is because the vast majority of their patients are out-of-country travelers and can't afford to make repeated trips to Mexico in short order if things were to go awry. I would say however, if you CAN afford to stay longer, it wouldn't hurt. How far are you traveling to & from?

Thanks for your reply travelling from EU. Short flight only. Wdyt about the different aftercare protocols. Keep the unit stretched or not? Pointed straight or down?
Everything is booked. Should I take some Sups before? As I'm Uncircumcised I wonder how I can have the filler till the top of my penis without having it under my Foreskin? How do I mold it to there properly that I dont have any spot with no filler below my glance.

I told my girlfriend about my plans after I made them and had everything booked. She was not happy, she said I shouldn't do it cause I have a proper unit and no issues. I agree that I dont need it it's for my like buying a new car, I already have a nice one but a newer one is always pleasent too.

Most important to me is now how natural feels Ellanse? Dies she feel a difference?
She is a very natural girl and dont likes unnatural stuff like plastic boobs and so on.

With all due respect, a lot of your questions are answered ad nauseum in countless other posts with similar circumstances (e.g. Ellanse, PMMA, etc.).

Also, when I did an analysis on the old site as far as traffic-vs-comments were concerned, it turned out that 80% of all registered members never posted once. And among the remaining 20%, only so few posted in excess of 100 times (which would be the kind of people to respond outside of Moderators). Furthermore, there seems to usually be AT LEAST 10x more unregistered or unlogged-in viewership than those registered & logged in, hence the sparse replies. Like skeptical said, everything you've asked has already been answered. also you posted in the wrong section. this should have been in the general section. You haven't even go the procedure yet, so you're not a patient.

Lastly this is a forum, so no one here is obligated to answer your questions. You can't get upset if no one is interested in what you're asking. And to circle back, if theirs already an answer to what you're asking most likely no one will respond.

No matter what other ppl follow, follow the aftercare protocol of your surgeon like SkepticalOne said.
Dont use phallosan forte as it puts pressure on your shaft (took me ages to find that answer, search is not helpful).

Can anyone explain why Androfill are so hesitant about Ellanse procedure to 1st time patients? They always suggest to go first with HA , is this just a business decision to make more money out of patients? Because doctors like dr C don´t have any problems starting with Ellanse or even PMMA for newcomers.

From what Francis (dr.Horn assistant) told me in some emails from 2-3 years ago, they try to convince first comers to have HA first so that they can get a grip around the molding part of the process and the general after care. That part is crucial, specially if you are uncut as the majority of guys in Europe. So basically, you get to practice at zero risks and a reduced price, since they offer a special price deal if you opt for that solution (HA then Ellanse) if I recall correctly.

Hopefully Androfill can chime in on the forum themselves since they are a Sponsor. Would be nice to read news from them for example regarding advancements on the injection technique for uncut guys.
PE being such a sensible medical enhancement for males make it so you want to have full clarity about the procedure and trust in the clinic.
Having to travel all the way to Mexico to find a top tier practitioner is such a shame for our continent.

That makes sense however as im Cut , im going straight away for 10ml Ellanse as my goal is to get around 1/2" to 3/4" Inch increase. Only thing setting me back atm is work and this covid bulls*** protocols that you need to test yourself even if you are already fully vaccinated

Some quick update. I'm now almost 3 week post op and had 6ml of Ellanse M. To my suprise only M was available when I was at the clinique, even I asked 2months before If L is still available.

Anyway I went forward with M.
After one week I had a perfect shape when errect I was feeling that I had the best looking enhanced Dick ever. That time the size was lower then now, seems the gel was mostly absorbed or not much collagen was grown at that point. But results where super even without any irregularitys. Now since week 2 I have a big lump or bunch of material concentrated on one side of my shaft. The other side looks pretty even distributed. the left side where I have the issue was also the side where I had a bunched up look straight after the injection compared to the right side.
I thought I would have massaged that out during the aftercare, I molded for 2 hours after the injections till I had perfect shape.

Now I seem to have no material at the base and at one side the bunched material. My GF recognized that there is no material on one side during sex and next intercourse few days later she said it felt like the filler was on top and nothing at the ground. Which I think is how it should be at least cause you shouldnt mold the filler into the downpointing part of your penis.
The filler feels squishy and not firm and hard.

I'm happy with the sex for my part. Hope my unit gets a even look when Flaccid cause now I have a big bulge on the left side. I had my penis wrapped for aftercare like instructed I think the wrap might have bunched the material.

I appreciate your inputs specially what might havs gone wrong and how the material might change. How to find out if the material is in the right layer? Some other review shocked me a bit. On the right side the material is so even I cant pinch it between my fingers, on the left side I easily can pinch the bulge between my fingers like a sausage.

Did you ask dr. Horn assistance for this?

Some update.
squishyness became less, maybe filler setlled more also the bulge when Flaccid became noticeable less. But still when errect its not a perfect even shape and when pushed in during sex the filler and skin is moving back, is that normal? Overall I'm happier now

My shape got better and better tbh. At some point it seems when I only had collagene left, the spots with low amount of material where almost empts spots.

Are there any reported cases that steroids make Ellanse to faster decrease? Since 2 months I take steroids and my EQ lowered and I wonder if the implant also got less.

What type of gains did you have? And what were your stats?

Would be interested to see a pic of before and after, and the bunched material issue if you would be so kind to do it for the other users benefit.
