TOPIC: 5 year follow-up PMMA

Please excuse my lack of contribution over the past few years. Family and work has kept me extremely busy.

I thought I would contribute as it has been exactly 5 years since my first PMMA implant. A little background. I have had 3 full rounds, and 2 touch-up rounds, approx 66cc in total mostly 30%. The last was Jan 2020. Please feel free to look up my starting thread, in the history section. Pre-PMMA I was 5.25" EMS, currently sit at 6.8"-7" depending on arousal level. My current partner loves my size, we have been on and off since my first procedure. After round 3 I had some high spots, and some low spots which I believe were more obvious as I got bigger. In looking at pictures over the years those imperfections were always there, just not so prevalent. The only sign I have of having the procedure is small scars left over from the injection points. More so on my left side, as I seemed to have uneven collagen growth in that area. The final touch up in Jan completely smoothened over the area. Please feel free to comment or ask questions.

I will agree with you there. I’ve accepted the common discolouration most have experienced after PMMA. Although none of my partners have said word, except to comment on the size, I realize I’ve sacrificed Aesthetics for volume. I’m still extremely happy with the end result.

I'll chip in here. On a purely aesthetic level, maybe your pre-op penis bests the post-op. But it's easy to be a harsh critic when you see the side-by-side.

If you were to only show me the post-op Cock, I'd think "that's a fat, good-looking Dick". It definitely doesn't look bad.

Congrats on your result, your gains are enormous and you've retained a nice taper.

honestly it's Dick. sure ya joint look better before then but lets be real here no one is in it to for the looks. eiter way it looks good and its thick. i think about going for round 3 even tho ian said i probably wont need to

If you don't mind sharing, how old were you when you had your first procedure done, and now with five years of hindsight, is there anything you would have done differently?

was 47 when I had my first full procedure, and then 1 yr later my second . In retrospect I would have requested almost all 30% instead of the mostly 10% I received. It probably would have saved me going for the 3rd full round, as I find the 30% gave me the volume I was looking for, as well the firmness of the product was more appealing to me.
