What do you think about this. I think that most bad experiences with PMMA/Ellanse wind up in the online forums because the people that get good results are out busy living their lives.

I think the people with bad experiences end up online a lot more because they are unhappy with the results and have nothing else to do. If that makes sense. Like if my penis wound up perfect I wouldn't be online chatting people about it anymore- I would be doing something else. Although if I had a bad reaction and my penis was messed up I would have nothing else to do other than hangout on an online forum. I think there is a higher concentration of bad results stories on here than out in real life. (For every 5 good result story we hear 1 bad result story) Same thing with other forums I have noticed. In other forums I read of a lot more bad/negative results and I think it has something to do with this.

Its almost like if a bad result happens the person spends even more time online seeking support- whereas if it is a good outcome they stop going on here because why would you spend time on here if you had a good outcome and a large penis?

That may be true, but what's remarkable is that most filler results here are remarkably positive. Yea there may be some nitpicking, but overall I typically see happy results, largely due to advancements made in the field.

I agree. But, as Skeptical said, fillers like HA, PMMA, Calcium based fillers, etc., have a good track record. As an example, PMMA is being used as penis Dermal Filler since 2007 (maybe even more in Brasil). That’s 14 years. Very few, rare, bad outcomes since then, speaking in terms of health. Aesthetically speaking, that’s another story. But, overall, good enough for most of men.
