Updating with a few pics and a few questions for the board. Skeptical I’m having a hard time tagging people in posts - any suggestions?

I’m 6 months out from my last touch up of 5 mls of juvederm with dr Carney. I’m attaching 4 pics: the first shows me in a “turtled” state. You’ll notice how bunched up the filler gets. The same happens when a lot of pressure is applied in the Erect state. The 2nd picture shows my Flaccid before the touch up . I can’t seem to avoid the “dent” that is on the left side (right in the picture due to the mirror ). The 3rd pic is Flaccid state but not turtled and the last pic is of current Erect .

My questions :

1) is the bunching up when Turtling unique to HA because it is softer or does this just happen with fillers (ie PMMA or Ellanse)
2) why is there a pocket that just doesn’t seem to “take” to the filler? (The dent)
3) current Flaccid doesn’t look terrible but seems to be puffy in the Foreskin area. My Foreskin is loose so I’m curious if filler just naturally migrates there. Again, would this be the case with a collagen stimulating filler?
4) Erect state is “ok”. Wish there was something that could be done about the gap but that doesn’t seem possible.

Any insight is appreciated.

Skin at the base is a bit soft . Yes I’m pulling the Foreskin down in that Erect pic to highlight the gap

Kudos on great results with Girth increase! I share your frustrations with the "gap" between head and circ scar and can't seem to find anyone who can respond to whether it is at all possible to fill this area. In my case some of the HA filler looked like it migrated to the "gap" area and I'm wondering if some appeared to get in there, will I have luck getting more in there and massaging it around the rest of the area under the glans/head? I'm heading back for another round in about a month and will report what I hear from the doc.

It seems like the early results were pretty aesthetic but later on they have gotten significantly less so.

Are you still feeling this is worth it given the costs to maintain and the relatively small gains per session?
How long are you finding the filler lasts?
Any resolution of that issue along the circumscision line?
Do women notice a difference at every level of increase or within a certain range is it about the same and they adjust?

1. I intentionally have tried to post pics of good bad and ugly. When retracted it’s definitely not aesthetic, however it’s still decently so when I’m semi hard or hard
2. Worth it? I love having a big Dick, but if I had to do it over again I would have waited and done Ellanse . I had a few lucky bullshit crypto trades in 2021 that paid for all of this lol. Would I spend that kind of money again to get this same result? No I would start small with Ellanse and build and do touch ups . But for me, and given the circumstances (Covid restrictions etc) I didn’t want to wait any longer. It’s been overwhelmingly positive with few drawbacks
3. The filler lasts much longer than previously thought. I’m approaching 2 years since my first round and I’ve lost very very little. I’m very physically active
4. I think over time gravity does its thing and with HA being soft the filler naturally makes its way to that area of the penis. So no resolution. I also have a loose Circumcision which doesn’t help. One of the questions I would like answered is whether or not this also occurs with PMMA or Ellanse or harder HA fillers like Volux. I would love input from other members

My understanding is there is no resolution to this. Putting filler there is a bad idea per dr Carney . Seems to be consistent advice from the more reputable injectors / surgeons .

So you are saying the biggest difference in women's enjoyment seemed to come from the first and second rounds? How big did you get by then? Seems like this is the opposite of what I was thinking. Sounds like there is a bigger diff between 4.5 and 5. than 5.5 and 6.

Gap area,

Given the above, did you have a gap after rounds 1 and/or 2? Didn't look as noticeable in the earlier pics. Do you think it relates to the amount or to the time it has been sitting in your Dick? I wonder if you could shape that transition point gradually.
