Gents,

I’ve been blowing up the board here lately so thanks to all in advance. I got PMMA two weeks ago and I didn’t receive the experience well (I say receive because a lot it has been my mental state). I got pain in my kidneys following the injections that sent me in a spiral thinking I had just screwed myself for life. The guys here were a great with some words of wisdom for me, but I’m still stressed to say the least even though pain is gone.

I’ve been on TRT therapy and I feel my estrogen got too high as well. I’ve got some estrogen blocker going that has really helped my state of mind. I tried hard to do everything perfect in aftercare, but I didn’t get a result I feel I can live with yet.

I’ have a harder spot on left side mid shaft. It’s larger and a bit harder than the entry point nodules. I have hope it can be resolved. It noticeably a bit thicker on the left side. I think either more PMMA was put in there or the right side leaked some (it was the one entry point leaking the most). From there I have a tiny bit of PMMA right under skin. I feel this will be easy to cut out.

Being two weeks out is it advantageous to wait it out hoping or to try and resolve it ASAP? I’m wondering if there is a window that is easier to resolve like before too much collagen forms? Also if they recommend touch up how soon is too soon? I wanna get this thing to a decent state and move on.

A few things I’ve learned....

- I thought I had PMMA leaked down into my sack. It was some type of swelling, but didn’t seem to be any migration that took place.

- I feel the stress may have hindered better results for me.

- Don’t lie to your wife.. Never been my style, but I regret it still and added to stress.

Want to also add that Avanti has communicated well and I have an email in to them and will call tomorrow. I realize nodules and lumps are the risk ya take, so I just gotta work with Avanti Derma to get it resolved and they’ve been great thus far! Will keep everyone posted!

While Avanti's advice should be taken over mine, I'd say that you are still in the early days of healing and should hold off on taking any actions -- or worrying -- until the final results are in. Things can change significantly between now and the 6-8 week point. Take a breath, wait it out, and then take action if you deem it the right move.

From my experience, I've had bumps at the entry points right after each of my three full sessions. However, they've always went away after a month or two. Just keep rolling them out with the plastic roller they gave you. The final result is going to be different than what you're looking at now.

It seems as if your biggest problem is keeping your head in check, which I think you'd agree with :-) You thought product had migrated to your scrotum when it didn't, you thought that your kidney pain was caused by the procedure when it almost definitely wasn't. Take a step back, rolled out those lumps, and do your best to not think about it too much until the six to eight week point. Then if you're not happy, act.

@Jacks10 Appreciate the words of wisdom. I don’t disagree my issues have mostly been between the ears. It’s early still and thanks for that reminder. I think I messed up looking for a one and done deal and this procedure is not typically that case (I should have known better). Doesn’t help my phone tracks my searches so I got FB videos with botched butt jobs with mineral oil and other crap showing up on my feeds constantly.

I will say I ended up not being a good candidate for this so far. I hope that changes with time. Thanks again for the comments. I underestimated the mental connection for myself with my dick. I waited to after to address what is the worst case scenario question. I hope my experience can help others better prepare mentally when making their decision.

I agree with @Jacks10 , you've been torturing yourself mentally since right after post-op. So far your only issues are aesthetically and may go away on there own and worst case you can address them in a touch-up session if they don't. Can you post any recent pictures? I hope things get better for you bro!

@wait_what I appreciate that. I fully agree much of mine is self torture for sure.

For a little back story if it helps anyone else. A couple years back a lump in my neck turned me septic. Just a freak deal that sent me to ER and hospital for 5 days. It could have been a simple ingrown hair, but it was next to a vein in my neck so I turned septic (almost died). Long story short this minor procedure re-exposed a scary event. Anyone thinking about doing this please keep this mind and prepare yourself upfront.

I haven’t posted any pics yet, mainly because I chose not to see anyone else’s pics as I know I’ll be hyper critical on my own dick so I’ll automatically assume mine needs work. (I’m sure everyone will agree...ha).

I’m just gonna give it a few weeks and get Avanti’s opinion. One touch up round if absolutely needed will be all for me.

At a few days over 2 weeks out I’m:

A bit over 6 EG mid shaft
5.5 EG at base (always had a more narrow base)

Hey man, we appreciate you telling your story here as openly as you have. There's probably a lot of dudes out there who would / have responded to this procedure as you have that will benefit from reading your threads.

Excellent results, man. When things settle down a little you'll probably be very pleased with this.

@Jacks10 how long post procedure were you still manipulating the product? I'm just under 3 weeks post now and there is that ridge and one tiny nodule that just popped up. I've heard people say that even nodules went away after some time on their own. I'm going to wait it out but I'm planning on a touch up either way to fill in that low spot where the ridge is.

Hey man, the amount of time after the procedure that I wasa able to manipulate the product was only a few days to a week. I was able to massage out some minor entry point lumps but that's something different. I agree that most lumps seem to go away on their own and I'm not sure how much massaging helps after the first week or so, but I figure you may as well just keep rolling them out. All of my minor lumps from all three rounds are now gone.

@wait_what how’s it going man! Surprise I’m still alive! Ha. No doubt it rocked me for a week or so. As it’s settled mentally I’m a lot better. Like I told a few in messages I probably cared more about a bend in my dick than girth, though I wanted girth. I would say that I should have wanted it more (more willing to accept worst case outcome) and thought about the procedure more before jumping into it. That likely would have helped me. I didn’t do any interviews with them prior either.

I still got alittle unevenness. As many have said you likely need rounds to fix and that’s the case for me, but unsure that I would. Overall I got a bigger flaccid hang nothing crazy. Still a slight back of the mind of issues down the road, but it’s not keeping me up at night.

Hope all is well with you!!! Any issues?
