Compression wrap. Use self-adhesive stretchy gauze, wrap about halfway down avoiding the base. You should still be able to pee comfortably, if it stings to piss it's too tight.
And the hydrocortisone cream isn't a terrible idea, but if you can stand to wrap it, if it were my junk, that's what I'd do.

Thank you! Now the self-adhesive stretchy gauze always leaves a LOT of marks on my penis because it imprints it’s pattern on the skin. That won’t be an issue with the filler? I could also use regular gauze with tape otherwise.

How often/long should I be wearing it?

Really appreciate it!

The filler itself should be deep enough under the skin the gauze won't leave any indentations on it. At least, if the doc injected it between the two fascia, the areolar layer, and not superficial, it will be too deep for the texture of the wrap to imprint.

Check your glans every half hour for a few hours right after you do it just to make sure it isn't getting cold and losing circulation. Go piss and make sure it doesn't sting. If it's good to go, in theory you can sleep overnight with it - try and get an Erection, long as blood is flowing you're good. I slept with my wrap on post PMMA the first night, no issues, but i test drove it first. You need to be REALLY sure it's not going to cut off circulation.

Maybe every 3-4 hours unwrap, cold compress to suppress the inflammatory reaction, rewrap. If you massage it be GENTLE, go too hard and youll retrigger inflammation. You see it with the PMMA dudes on the forum all the time, they get aggro with the massages and things swell a ton.

Not a guarantee but it's low risk and logical. Theory is you're giving your body an assist so it can get caught up and shut off the inflammatory reaction (basically, simplified obv)

Biggest thing is dont sleep with it wrapped until/unless you've been able to keep it on for a few hours, been able to get an Erection without losing blood flow, etc (cause you WILL get them in your sleep).

Ok this is fantastic advise, thank you! Wearing it right now. Should I pretty much try to just wear it 24/7 for a few days?

How long do you think until I could expect improvement with doing compression?

Thanks so much for your help!

I would expect GRADUAL improvement day by day. You aren't trying to stop this process entirely, you're trying to slow it enough to let your body catch up.
I think KirkS and I are thinking similar (as he posted in another thread).
I still think take it off every 3-4 hours and check on it, make sure no migration (shouldnt be at this stage) cold on the Dick for ~20 minutes, re-wrap, when it's time for bed again, dont over compress, make sure you have blood and urine flow, no need to wake up in the middle of the night.

You guys are such super stars. Thank you for all the advice! I’ll wear this as much as possible for the upcoming week and see if this improves the situation at all!

So small update: I’ve been basically wearing the compression for two days now. When I it off the swelling looks completely gone. It’s all flat. However after an hour or so it’s back. I’m not sure if it’s any better or not.

Is this to be expected? Should I just be wearing the compression at all times for a few days? Or is it okay to take it off for a few hours at a time even if the “swelling” reappears during that time?

I still don’t completely understand why/how all of this is happening but just wanted to post an update.

Put it back on, leave it on as much as possible. You're trying to give your body a chance to catch up, it hasn't yet. Too soon to leave it off any more than necessary.

The mechanism isn't the same but think of it like putting a pressure on a wound. You're just trying to make it easier for the clotting factors in your body to make it there before you bleed out.

Does validate the idea that it's lymph though

Check out my post I just did in the general forum on my circ scar swelling. This sounds identical to what I’m dealing with and I’ve been doing HA for 3 1/2 years. It’s a lymphatic drainage issue I’m fairly certain. Mine looks great out of the compression wrap then fluid seems to pool as the day goes on. I don’t know what the answer is but seeing Dr Carney in September for dissolving and and evaluation. Perhaps my unit just isn’t meant for any type of filler.

Okay, will do! I plan to just wear it at all times until Thursday and see if that helps.

So what exactly is a lymph and what happened to mine? Is it happening because a needle was inside of my penis or is the filler causing it?

So you have already had several rounds of HA and this is the first time it happened to you? Are you saying you are planning to dissolve your HA? Is the HA actually causing the issue? I figured it would be from the trauma caused by the injections?

But maybe some one can shed more light on why this happens.

Have a look at the bottom of this page on the Rejuvall site www.rejuvall.com/permanent-girth-injections/
This bit How Circumcision Affects Bellafill® Penile Enhancement
This blurb:
When the leftover circumcised scar line is significant enough to form a barrier preventing post-surgical edema fluids from exiting the area behind the scar line, this is the most common obstacle to healing from an infant circumcision.

In essence, the scar line blocks the lymphatic drainage necessary for the healing process.

Usually, this ailment presents as a narrow, “pinched” line between the glans and the circumcision line surrounding the penile shaft.

Frequently, the thick neck area around the glans is the result of residual retained fluid from swelling that cannot be adequately reabsorbed by the body.

The rest of your dick probably LOOKS completely healed, but it isn't. As the healing process gets further along, you'll have less and less lymph to deal with - your body SHOULD catch up. That's my thinking at least as far as the wrapping.

Oh that’s really interesting! So to clarify, the issue is not the presence of the HA in the penis? The issue stems from the procedure itself that the penis is still healing from?

Just because the previous poster seems to have indicated that he will have the HA dissolved to help with this issue.
