TOPIC: The time has come

Unfortunately I am dealing with some irregularities as of late. Nothing crazy, just a few medium sized lumps that I will not ignore (around 1 Inch of clumps). I have checked in throughout the years and replied to many DM's regarding my procedure. We're going on almost 8 years with minimal issues. So i'm pleased, no one has ever asked me about anything but I never went for a touch up round. So its time.

Here's the favor I ask:

I am not well read on PMMA like I used to be, I have medium sized lumps that need correction. I do not know what is available right now for correction, I dont want surgery but VERY much want my unit more uniform. Please let me know what my options are. I can not afford to add any more Girth to my unit, I would go smaller if the result was smooth. Thank you

Just curious. Have these clumps or lumps been there since the last round? Or have they slowly appeared over the course of the last few years?
