I haven't measured recently since I'm traveling without my measuring tape right now, but I'll check when I get the chance. It's definitely still swollen, but probably less than the max Girth I hit of 5.7".

Most guys have SOs that are already satisfied with their Dick sizes. My gf was satisfied with it, but it didn't mean I was happy with my size. I was tired of being small and wanted to be at least average to bigger than average.

Your comment comes off as pretty close-minded, but I'll answer it anyways. It takes time to adjust to any new size, and I didn't expect my girlfriend to be able to handle it on the first time before she truly feels comfortable with it. She also struggled the first few times I had sex with her with my old size, not because I was too big for her, but it just took her time to get adjusted to something new. I'm confident that she will get used to my size, and already has improved a lot in our second time having sex, so I'm not worried about this being a lasting problem at all. My only concern is finding out what her upper limit will be, but I'll be gauging her reaction over the next few months before making a call on the second round.

The thing that's tough with my girl is gauging where her upper limit is. Part of the reason she struggles with sex sometimes is anxiety she has unrelated to sex, but causes her body to shut down or get unnaturally tight. I think that's why a new size gives her trouble until she finally gets used to it and has less anxiety during the day in general. Even my old size would give her issues in bed if she was just feeling anxious that day.

In the past, when she's fully turned on and wet, I could easily slip 4-5 fingers into her, and I noticed she would cum very quickly from getting fingered by that vs. when I would use only 1-2 fingers. Also, her vagina does this thing when it expands really wide while having sex, and I can't feel the walls of it at all while having sex. I'm pretty sure if she was in a state of full mental relaxation that she could easily handle 6" - 6.5" of Girth, but since that's not her normal everyday state of mind, that I have to factor that in and think about if a future second or third round is in store. Erection quality is just as good; however, I already take Cialis regularly though and haven't been having any issues with it. Sometimes though, if the penetration is difficult because of lack of wetness/too tight, it becomes more difficult to hold the Erection for that. But EQ overall feels the same to me as before.

Round 1 Post-op Day 24:

I have had sex with my gf (future fiancée) at least 7 times since my last update on how we had troubles with sex, and I can say that the sex has been excellent since! When she is feeling relaxed and is very wet, penetration is easy with my new size. She has moaned in ways that I haven't heard before (it could be the psychological impact of getting this procedure done and hearing things that I want to hear) but I have been very pleased with her reactions. She came very strongly from PIV (for more graphic detail, in doggy style vs. how she usually orgasms pre-procedure by riding cowgirl and rubbing herself on me).

I'm confident on doing a round 2 now, and will likely want a round 3 in the future too. Visually, you really can't tell anything's been done to my Dick. I'll definitely need the base area filled in a lot more for my round 2, and hope I can still have enough added to my MEG to get better growth there.

I was mentally prepared for how much the swelling would go down from where it was at its largest (MEG 5.7"), but it still sucks to see your size go down lol. My swelling definitely took longer than most others to go down. Ian said this was likely because of my recent Circumcision about 4-months ago, and the trauma in that area is causing it to retain fluids more. My NBPEL is at the same length I believe (5.8") and my Flaccid hangs longer than before which is great to see. Already excited for round 2 in March!

Attaching before and after Erect picture. The results look great and natural to me so far. Probably still some swelling as the veins aren’t as defined as pre-op yet. I also clearly need a lot more filled in at the base and lower shaft to better line up with the mid-shaft, I should get that addressed in round 2. The change from 4.7” EG to 5.4” feels absolutely massive to me!

I'm measuring at 5.8 non-bone pressed and 6.5" bone pressed. The thing is, I don't even have a fat pad there since I'm skinny, it's just the way my Dick is set up in comparison to my body lol. I had my Circumcision done 3-months before getting PMMA, which is the recommended minimum length of time by Avanti. I did it purely to get the injections, but I actually prefer my Circumcised Dick to uncircumcised (feels better to me).

I also had a turkey neck surgery done like 5-years ago, I might want to get it done again because I have some loose skin around my base that I would want addressed. Going to a Urologist who specializes in it to see about that.

Thanks man. Overall, I'd say I must have spent at least $6K in total for the trip and procedure. Though I did stay at the hotel for 7 nights which is what made the costs add up plus food and going out for drinks.

Round 1 Post-op 33 days:

Things are well and results look natural. I'm feeling more bumps/ridges when I run my fingers along my shaft while Flaccid and Erect. My gf hasn't even noticed them and dicks already have ridges so it could be passed off as that, but I do hope it levels out more as time passes. Flaccid hang is lower and Girth is still around where it was in my last update. Overall happy!
