Originally, I didn't feel like leaving a post-op review (out of pure laziness).... BUT I know I got a lot of value out of reading other people's reports, asking questions and having them answered in a timely manner by members, so I feel like it's my duty to leave a report! (Excuse typos)

Backstory: Discovered these forums about a month and a half ago. Prior to that I had slightly explored the world of PE exercises. I was pretty consistent for a year but literally got no gains, so I gave up. It's just too damn time consuming.

After reading through a million reports and trying to find studies on Google, it was unanimous that Dr. C and the Avanti Derma team were the bonafide choice if I wanted to take the foray into PMMA.

I am 29 years old. While I'm a bit of an anxious person, I'm still a risk taker. Based on the countless reports of the success with Dr C, I was confident to take the risk, as a lot of my personal stats put me in the position to have a better end result (healthy, circumcised, etc).

Pre-Op stats:
EL - 5.8
EG - 4.5

3 days post OP:
EL - 5.8
EG: 5.25 > 5.5 base!!

^super hyped on these gains as my ultimate dream size was 5.5''
I understand that its only day 3 and I may lose some more but something tells me it's going to stay relatively close because days 1-2 I was sitting at like 6'' throughout, and today, there is essentially zero swelling and things are starting to feel normal throughout.

Instead of doing a step-by-step report, I am just going to write what I feel is important to reiterate to anyone that is considering PMMA.

1. Do it at Avanti Derma.....or don't do it at all!
Ok, ok, I guess I can't really say that there aren't other doctors that are also great at this procedure but:
First, look at all the reports of hugely successful PMMA operations with the LEAST amount of complications and damn near zero results of any complaints years after the operation...what do they all have in common? Avanti Derma

Second, Dr. C is the god father of this procedure with 10's of years of experience, posting his results frequently, and treating this like a scientific, methodical journey. Outside of giving patients good results, you can tell the man is trying to make this procedure more common and educate the entire world on the benefits. To change peoples' minds on this taboo subject, this man literally can't fuck around!
He is the equivalent of having Michelangelo come back from the dead and paint your house.

You got 1 dick, don't take bets on inconsistent doctors when you have Dr. C.

Third, they have a seasoned team that supports him. Michael Jordan doesn't win 6 championships without Scottie Pippen and Dennis Rodman. Dr. Morales, Ian, and Diana really make the whole experience a breeze once you touch down in Tijuana. I had very minimal nerves ones everything began. These people are clear cut professionals and take this line of work very seriously.

There is nothing more you can ask for, especially when you have a permanent type of operation in someone else's hands.

Conclusion: Let me repeat myself one more time, don't do the procedure unless you can do it Avanti Derma! You will thank me later.

2. Aftercare, aftercare, aftercare, aftercare
One of the main through lines I saw in people with successful PMMA procedures, were those that were meticulous with the aftercare. To me, that was a no-brainer, especially since I was making a permanent change to my body. For anyone thinking about PMMA, go overboard with the aftercare education! Better safe than sorry!

One of the better aftercare instructions came from this post: phalloboards.websitetoolbox.com/post/pmm...tous-journey-9278299

^also the way he explains the mindset that one should enter when attempting PMMA, is spot on and made me feel way more comfortable about it.

How much aftercare studying should you do prior? Enough that you have references to look at right when you finish the operation.
BUT don't forget: Ian is meticulous in making time for patients and making sure they understand the aftercare, so don't worry if you don't have it down.
I had the operation on Wednesday at 11 AM. Saw Ian that evening, saw him Thursday morning and Thursday afternoon, and one last time Friday morning before I went back home. Totally worth it.

I highly recommend staying down there post op because the PMMA product is difficult to understand through the first few days / swelling. Ian is crucial in making sure its being manipulated properly and also when your mind wants to run wild and freak out, he is there to quickly squash any anxiety.

If it were up to me, I would've stayed 3 FULL days until the product was definitely settled. For round 2 I am hoping to get the procedure on a Tuesday and leave Friday morning.

I really only have those two main points. If you focus on those 2 steps, you will have a positive time!

3 days post op, my one concern is that I feel little grains of "salt" in certain areas that cause a sharp, pricking pain if I really try to massage it out.
I assume it's some of the PMMA "plastic"? Since I'm only 3 days into the healing process, I assume collagen will eventually cover them up?

Praying that my gains stay where they are because then I will just need a touch up if anything round 2 and be done!

If anyone has any other questions, happy to answer them.

Unfortunately, I never took before photos and I'm was too lazy to take any post op pics. If anyone really, really wants them, I'll think about trying to figure out a way to get them from Avanti Derma.

Hopefully, this smooth recovery continues and looking forwards for when the "dust to settles" a few weeks from now so I can see the permanent gains.

I can't say whether or not its the right decision for someone but if you're young, healthy, and are meticulous about the aftercare, its pretty damn safe.

Dr. C has been doing this for YEARS. We were just casually shooting the shit and he was telling me stories of his experience over the years and in a non-selling way, he was telling me a story about one of his first clients...to this day that person has no problems.

From healthy, smart individuals, you literally never read complaints about Dr. C or Avanti Derma which is what sold me on it.

Also, the reason why this isn't a global phenomenon yet has a lot to due with medical legislation....something tells me we are on the cusp of that revolution happening soon, like how it was for girls and fake tits in the 90s.
