TOPIC: Next and Final Step Amidst the Pandemic

Next and Final Step Amidst the Pandemic 4 years 6 months ago #1308697895

Hi All, I've been following a few years and ended up going to Dr C back in 2016 and had a follow-up a year later. Very much pleased with shaft Girth..
My couple of final issues are that I developed a hard Nodule on the right side at the circ scar. Its enough that I feel it when I masturbate (like tiny pebble) and the bump is kinda weird when pushing in for sex (gay here). So I want that taken care of - I hear there is an enzyme that can be used. Also, I want the area above the circ scar filled in for smoother transition and glans enlargement too, even temp, I wanna try.

So, how have the fillers come along in being able to be injected in the above-circa area and stay there?
Why are there no before and after glans enlargement photos except a few scary ones with white bumps? Is it painful? Worth it? Safe?
And finally - having gone to Dr C (and now see he has a new partner), the trek might be crazy, but could be worth it.
I am seeing Docs now in NYC. Are any recommended? Or even East coast Docs?

I'm personally of the camp that you stick to the practitioner who did a good job much like I stick with my barber who gives me a fresh fade. They are going to know what to do the most, and I'd only recommend state-side practitioners if travel was a near impossibility (and not merely an inconvenience).

Thanks for postings many years out, updates seem to be less frequent when patients are many years post-op.

Obviously Dr C is the man regarding PMMA. Remember PMMA is tiny Balls of plastic/acrylic. S even reducing the collagen stimulated the PMMA is still there. I have injected steroid with 5FU for PMMA nodules - not Dr C's - with some improvement. If it is a tiny but hard lump then the injection may just go under the skin and there is the risk of skin Atrophy - usually seen by increased blood vessels, pigmentation maybe thinking which makes the lump more noticeable.
If it is that small having it removed by itself may be a better option.

Hey man, I'd say sticking with Dr. C would probably be best. He really knows the stuff he injects in people and how to handle issues like bumps... I'm also in NYC and I just flew out there and the travels went without a problem. Feel free to PM with any questions about pandemic travel, etc.

Hi All - Thanks - this is what I thought - sticking with Dr C.

What about everyone's experience with those final aesthetic touches like filling up the area above the Circumcision scar. It seemed to be before that anything injected here would migrate down a bit. Are there new micro-droplet fillers to go here?

And glans enhancement - sure it's temp but I would like to try. I am concerned I have not seen many before/after photos. Are decent gains possible? Is it painful? Safe? And I have seen the injected area in a few photos turning into white bumps.

BD76,

It can be a challenging area to fill. The skin is just so thin! It is the most common area I will use a needle rather than a cannula. But still try cannula first and use it if it goes easily. I dont find it moving down into the shaft the issue. In fact it is that binding down of the circumference scar that makes it more difficult to get product up there when working from lower down in the shaft. I definitely prefer HA and sometimes will use a slightly softer/easier to spread HA than I might have used in the shaft.

The glans can take up a surprising amount of product. I still prefer HA here. I start augmenting in the rim and get some flare. It may look great after 4 ml but a month later, especially while soft there may not be so much to see. It may be more obvious on Erection. I dont like injecting Too much at 1 time or using a really hard HA here as there have been a number of reports (Reclaw?) of developing small ulcers due to not getting enough blood supply to small spots of skin because of the pressure of the product. When they heal they leave little punched out ulcers that can only be removed by cutting them out.
