I believe gsxr on the 2.0 forum was the first or one of the first to document here and he's got to be approaching the ten year mark?

Simply search here or the old forum (PhalloBoards.websitetoolbox.com) and select dates spanning back 8, 9 and 10 years with the key term "PMMA."

What you also have to realize is that most PMMA patients from that long ago are going to log in less and less frequently as the years go on. Unfortunately, it's going to be very unlikely 10+ year patients (or even 8, 9+) log in frequently enough now to see your message within a reasonable time to satisfy your request. This is why it's greatly appreciated when veteran members return to update the forum every once in a while, and it really benefits the information here when they make the effort to do so.

I'm 9 years out this month from my first round if that helps. I just so happen to be here because I run the site. I have no complications to speak of and am quite content with my results. Hope that helps.

Wow you’re at 9 years with PMMA, skeptical one??

And with no complications? That’s fantastic news.

I don’t frequent these boards myself as I’m giving manual PE a shot first. I’ve been a member possibly since 1.0 but definitely 2.0. I joined probably around 4 or 5 years ago. I check in every now and again to see if vets provide any updates as obviously the main concerns for most of us have always been “down the road complications”.

I learned a while back that you’re correct in your previous statement and you worded it very well too. Vets log on less and less as time goes on as I assume they’re not experiencing complications and are out there experiencing life in ways they didn’t feel they could or didn’t feel comfortable doing before. Putting their new units to work I guess haha.

I’ve really only been consistent with PE for one year (which resulted in no gains) but that stopped back in October when I incurred a pressure ulcer from wearing a weight too long.. I have pretty much done no PE since. I did heal however I’m left with scar tissue on the shaft... thinking of trying DMSO for that but have been warned it’s highly unsafe... But anyway, I do want to get back at it and give it some more time another year at least maybe more depending on if I see any success.

However, I’m fairly certain that even the best case scenario of gaining much of anything from PE, I likely will not achieve more than like .5” of Girth. And that’s being very hopeful I’d say. But knowing this, I still have PMMA or Ellanse on the back of my mind for the future. I’d personally like at least a solid 6” Girth, but even 6.5” or possibly almost 7” would be desirable.

Anyway, I’m really glad to hear there’s someone here with 9 years of complaint free PMMA. I hope to see more vets come around and confirm they’re doing good as well but I have a feeling that if they were having issues, we’d probably be seeing them back on here and posting about it right? Maybe that’s being hopeful but it makes sense to me...

On July 4th it will be 7 years for me. No complications, no regrets. The only thing I've noticed is when I follow a lower carb diet and get into single body fat %, I'll lose about .1"-.15" of Girth. When I go back above the 10%, my Girth comes right back. I had 1 round. Started at 5" Mid Shaft. (Was 5" NBPEL. I was obese when In had the procedure) I gained 1" Girth from the procedure and subsequently lost about 75 lbs and started taking care of my health. NBPEL is now 6.1 and BPEL is 7". I've been meaning to get back down for another small gain\touch up round for a long time.

I think it's safe to say if someone doesn't specify the filler it's likely the one being discussed (in the title: PMMA).

Reiterating SO's response, yes PMMA. If you were meaning to ask which BRAND, it was Metacril. If your wanting more info on brands, this has been discussed extensively on the 2.0 boards.
