There is foul play. In no way prior to getting caught out did you suggest you and Dr Maerks communicate regarding \"sharing\" with the forum.

You ask him not to be banned, but he\'s 100% broken the forum rules and proven to be untrustworthy. The \"people\" asking about him, were posting from his computer!

So with that in mind, do you still not think Dr Maerks should be banned? are you still prepared to do \"favor\" for him? Do you trust what he\'s told you regarding the permanence of your procedure?

No, I\'m not suggesting you used the same IP address as Dr Maerks. The poster \"lgrse\" asked questions about Dr Maerks and they were posted from the same computer as Dr Maerks used.

So you weren\'t upfront and honest about your reasons for posting here and Dr Maerks was even more dishonest.

Also you don\'t live 300 miles away, even that is a massive exaggeration. You even said where you live in one of your previous posts.

I just hope there is a normal human being that reads this blog review that: a) Has a life and doesn\'t spend all their free time obsessing over these like these people b) Can afford a Phalloplasty procedure that is done properly - and therefore makes his partner have the best sex of her life because of it thus improving the quality of their relationship (like it has for me). That\'s what happened for me and hope a normal human being reading this review has it happen for them to since Dr. Maercks was able to achieve that result for me.

I\'m afraid that between the 2 of you, you\'ve made it very hard for Dr Maercks to ever be taken seriously on this forum. If he gets pissed off with you for making your initial posts sound like an ridiculous promotion, before then admitting he asked you to do so, you should point out he is even more stupid for posting under both his name and his fake account username, from the same computer. Basically don\'t let him wriggle out of any deal you may or may not have made, as he screwed up even more than you!

Jeph, I think your contribution is important, but it will really get important once some time have past, maybe 6,12,18 months or so. If you could check in on the forum and update us with some progress report.

I have a some questions on your procedure,
1. How much flancid length and Erect length did you gain? And is if permanent size?

2. Most people talk about FFT is bad thing, but if you using prp will it help make sure the fat doesn\'t harden or dissolve?

3. And how is Erection quality?

Why is anyone even bothering to ask someone we know is colluding with the Dr? A Dr you know for a fact can\'t be trusted. Why even ask if it\'s permanent? What possible answer could he give that would give you an ounce of confidence? Even if you trust him, you know he\'s only had the procedure for a short time and therefore the only opinion he can offer is from a Dr who got caught shilling on the forum despite stating how important ethics are to him.

I don\'t know why all the hostility, if this Dr. Rian did post or not, then the best thing to do was to call office and confirm. Instead of just kicking him out. Maby interview the person with a Q.A so then not only will it be a civilized discussion but to see if theirs plausiblity and even to question to see more before/after pic with reference call besides what he mentioned on his website. This can be any doctor so it be more informative

Me personally I\'m looking to increase length and girth but mostly length, so I\'m not finding much info on it , and putting stem cells with fft seems like interesting concept, since their are medical papers showing some merit to it

I thought this site is all about support, self improvement , making smart informed decisions before going to wrong surgeon and then regretting it. Not bashing someone without getting the full picture .

A good example is dr. Elist, theirs a lot of info on him majority is bad, so it\'s easy to provide informed decision, dr rian or some other surgeron with some unique methods, their isn\'t much info on them here in regards to phaloplasty, so we can\'t all be quick to Judge and be biased.

It\'s not in debate whether he did it or not. He did end of story. I think it\'s right to be hostile to Dr\'s who deliberately try to deceive people.

The Panilov study has been discussed before and has all the credibility of Perovic\'s PLGA study or Elists on his implant. At the end of the day common sense can tell you the Panilov study is junk. If fat transfers could give good and consistent results then the filler market would be redundant, when in fact it\'s flourishing and worth billions of $. A permanent soft tissue filler using your own tissue is the holy grail of plastic surgery. The whole point of the forum is to show how real life results compare to the theory. There have been enough FFT results to tell us it\'s a very inconsistent method.

The Chinese study is about dermal grafts not FFT.

If you want to use a filler to improve flaccid length and can tell you from experience that Teosyal (i\'ve fogotten which type) injected at the base can stop the penis from retracting and leave you with a nice flaccid hang. It\'s thicker and harder to inject than Voluma. It feels a bit like soft rubber, but I noticed that when put in front of the pubic bone, it\'s solidity (compared with other HA\'s) meant that it kept base of my penis slightly extended, a bit like wearing a splint.
