Dr Rosenthal.
Office location Huntington Beach Ca. Great website under his name.
He applies Belladerm. His method of application of Belladerm is he only makes one incision at the body and inserts the sheets, rather then making two incisions one at the body and one behind the glans.. He states that he used to use two incisions but had issues of infections due to contamination of the glans from water. My Bpeg was 4.5 before and today it is 5.0 I used the Grip for approx. 4 months to gain my length( ligs were cut) All is well.

One surgery and 1.5 Inch gain? What did it cost?

What are the fees for each of the procedures, lengthening, widening girth, and glans enhancement? Can all three procedures be performed under general anesthesia at the same time or do they need to be scheduled separately? What amount of time is necessary to be scheduled off? Thank you for your email. All 3 procedures can be performed together. It is performed under general anesthesia in an outpatient surgery center and takes about 2.5 - 3.0 hrs. We recommend that out-of-town patients arrive the day before surgery for the pre-op consultation and labs and stay 2 days after surgery for follow-up care. You should be able to return to work shortly after returning home. The cost for penile lengthening is $4500, penile widening with Belladerm grafts ranges from $8500 - $10,500, and combined penile lengthening and widening ranges from $9500 - $11,500 depending on penis size. The additional cost for glans enlargement with injectable Juvederm hyaluronic acid gel is $3000. I went to Dr. Rosenthal in 2006 for a lengthening (suspensory ligament cut/shave). As I expected, pre-op and post-op were pretty much the same @2.5\" NBPFL and 5\" BPEL. I did some stretching on and off for a year. I got up to 5.5\" BPEL and went back in 2007 for a thickening (Alloderm graft).

I took 3-weeks off from work for each procedure. Dr. Rosenthal provided me with 3-4 days worth of Vicodin. I finished the Vicodin in 2-days. I never returned for more during my healing process. I endured. Whereas the pain from the lengthening procedure lasted about a week, the extreme pain from the thickening procedure lasted about 2 weeks before I could start walking semi-decent again. I should\'ve bought a cane/walking stick. OMG, I don\'t think I can ever do that again. I really should\'ve taken more time off before returning to work, but oh well. Another thing, Dr. Rosenthal used dissolvable stitches for my lengthening procedure, but used non-dissolvable stitches for the thickening (the red nylons). I ended up pulling them out myself around week 3 or 4. I remember feeling needle-type pokes underneath my skin during the healing process. I think I remember reading that he uses some method to prevent the Alloderm from shifting. I really hope I still don\'t have stitches.

Fast forward to present day. EG Base has reduced to 5.25\" but everything else is pretty much the same, including EG Mid. Overall, I\'m satisfied with Dr. Rosenthal\'s work. I still feel some pricking under the skin once in a while. It\'s a rare occurrence now, though.
