TOPIC: Dr. Giunta

I was given the male edge extender by Dr Giunta\'s office...most of its components are plastic instead of metal (only the springs are metal) but I believe its built to be undetected by metal detectors. Its really easy to use and very comfortable but I have to be careful not to snap any of the plastic components...I was too rough with it at first and broke it (Dr Giunta\'s staff had a new one shipped to me free)

What I\'ve noticed wearing the extender (any extender) is that in the morning after a hot shower...I\'m able to stretch much further...then after 2 hours the pain becomes unbearable and I have to break. Then when I put it back on I have to decrease the stretch...and so on so forth in this sequence through out the day...

How much did you spend on the PMMA? I really want to get this done but I know it will be best to wait until I\'ve maxed out my length gains as best as possible.

Dedicator. Cost of the first procedure was $1700. another 100 for the shuttle plus tips to the drivers.
M7. Not painful at all. It really tightens down nicely and you can adjust it perfectly for comfort with the wing nuts. Of course you have to wrap before putting it on. I could hang 25lbs comfortably with this rig. You talk about stretching yours ligs bro!!!!

If you use the extender at home and have no privacy issues, you can use a heating pad on top of your penis while you use it. It will allow you ton use it longer without any harm.

@ Big John, seems as though the price jumped $200 then. I found a lot of posts earlier today from patients in 2010 - 2011 who payed $1500 for the 1st procedure. I\'m sure the price will continue to climb as the patient volume continues to increase as I\'m sure it will. This factor might pressure me to do it sooner than later...

Hi! I am new to this forum. I am set to undergo Girth and lengthening penis enlargement by Dr. Giunta next month. I am currently 5 inches length Erect and 4.5 inches Girth Erect. My goal is to be 7 inches length by 6 inches Girth including an extended period of stretching. Is there anything I should know about the procedure or Dr. Giunta? Are my expectations unreal? My main concern is about the fat transfer. I am worried I will be left with an unnatural looking penis.

what did Dr Giunta tell you about what to expect in terms of Erect length gains?

I think your length expectations are unreal. Guys on other PE sites have reported gains of 2 inches after many years of stretching, but these reports are very rare. I don\'t think I\'ve ever seen photographic evidence of a 2 Inch gain. 1/2\"-1\" after 6 months of stretching would be more realistic.
I think 1.5\" of Girth gain via FFT is also pushing it. In theory it shouldn\'t be a problem as Dr Giunta can inject as much fat as it takes. However, if you have too much fat there is a good chance your penis will feel soft when Erect. The main concern with FFT is that it often gets absorbed and patients are left without much in terms of gains or even worse it reabsorbs unevenly and patients are left with a bumpy contour.
I know of guys who are very happy with their FFT results and those who aren\'t. I think skin compliancy is key to a good FFT results. As far as I know Dr Giunta or any other Dr offering this procedure really take this into consideration.
Will you post measure before and after photos. It would be incredibly useful to have a photographic account documenting the while procedure. We actually have very little in the way of photographic evidence of FFT on the forum.

I am seriously considering going to Dr. Giunta for the lengthening and Girth enhancing procedures (he is the closest doc to me, since I\'m in Chicago, who seems to have good reviews). Right now I am 5.5x5 bone pressed. Is there any chance of getting to 7x6? Also, it sounds like PMMA is better than FFT. Should I bother with FFT, or just get the length and then find someone else to do a PMMA?

Read my post just above yours for my opinion. PMMA is better than FFT, but it\'s long terms complication rate is unknown. In my opinion you Girth is good as it is, so don\'t risk either procedure. Wait a year or two and follow the progress of PMMA.

Also Giunta tends to have very mixed reviews. Ignore the Dr ratings websites, they are worthless.

Thanks for the quick reply! One of the reasons I want to get this done is because in the Flaccid stage I\'m embarrassingly tiny. Sure, losing weight would help, but for some reason in the Flaccid stage not only am I small from the fat pad, but also I seem to turtle a lot. My thought was that after surgery not only would I be bigger Erect, but I\'d also look more normal Flaccid. I don\'t know. I admit, I\'m just pretty unhappy with the size I am.

Western society is such that that is becoming true of the majority of men. It\'s a pathetic state of affairs, but we are suffocating in \"bigger is better\" messages.
