If you intend on registering a member account and/or joining the discussion, it is imperative you take the time to read this thread. The content below acts as PhalloBoard's Terms of Service, and by extension, Forum Rules.

Forum Rules

(R1.)Respect each other's privacy & anonymity: This includes preserving private information entrusted to you.

(R2.)Maintain mature and respectful dialog: Insults, offensive innuendos, excessive use of sarcasm, condescension, internet trolling, unfounded allegations or rumors, and the demeaning of others are all in violation of this rule and are subject to warning and/or suspension. Repeated violations of this rule will result in a permanent ban. This rule also applies to bickering: a situation where neither party is outright attacking each other but continues increasing the tension of a discussion while steering the topic off course.

(R3.)Individuals and/or companies affiliated with Doctors or Clinics are NOT permitted to join the discussion with out a Commercial Account. A Commercial Account must be approved by the Owner of PhalloBoards. There are three Commercial tiers: (a) Sponsorship: account has a designated category on the forum and is permitted to post and advertise where appropriate; (b) Non-Sponsor Advertisers: Doctors or Clinics that are permitted to post a singular advertisement or promotion in the designated "Non-Sponsor Advertiser" category on a month-to-month basis. These accounts are typically in consideration for future Sponsorship; (c) Device Manufacturers: businesses that strictly offer equipment and devices for manual penis enlargement (PE) exercises and can only post a singular post in the designated "Non-Sponsor Advertiser" category on a month-to-month basis.

(R4.)Members cannot advertise or sell any product or service, in any of their postings, profile, signature, or private messages. Members can, however, discuss the legitimacy of commercial products designed for the penis in the "Manual PE Exercise & Equipment" category of the forum.

(R5.)Defamation (i.e. libel) of any individual, forum member, company, and/or doctor is not acceptable under any circumstances. Criticism and expressions of disappointment, dissatisfaction, or grief regarding relevant topics (e.g. doctors, penis enlargement devices, etc) are acceptable and should not be mistaken for defamation.

(R6.)Falsifying information about a surgical (or non-surgical) method's technique, effectiveness, side effects, results, success rate(s), and/or complication rate(s) is wrong and unacceptable. Fictional reporting (also known as "shilling") of one's experience with phalloplasty is also forbidden.

(R7.)Members must heed the requests and parameters set by the Administrator (usually the Owner) and the Moderators. This rule can be invoked by any Moderator in the event strenuous circumstances require action be taken right away, which includes temporary suspension of forum rules for a given circumstance if necessary.

(R8.)Topics and/or posts that are extremely off-topic are not permitted. Relevant topics in the wrong category may be moved to the correct category without notice, and redundant topics/posts may be deleted without notice. Politics and religion are topics banned throughout the entire forum.

(R9.)Uploads are welcome, but certain video or photo uploads (or links) are prohibited: (a) depictions of sex acts and/or pornographic content; (b) photos revealing a face and/or something that can be used to identify an individual; (c) offensive or obscene content; (d) content deemed extremely off-topic.

(R10.)Posts and/or uploads that infringe copyright and/or protected intellectual properties are forbidden. Posts that remotely appear to be questionable in this regard can be subject to deletion.

(R11.)Account deceit is forbidden. (a) Fake accounts (pretending to be someone you're not a.k.a. shilling); (b) Multiple member accounts are not permitted. If you have mistakenly created multiple accounts, delete all but your primary account, or inform an Administrator to have this done for you; (c) Disposable or masked email accounts are forbidden.

(R12.)Attachments posted to the forum can be Uploaded, Inserted, or Linked. Images of pre-op and post-op (a.k.a. Before & Afters) must be always be in an uploaded format (using the "Attachment" button denoted by a paperclip icon). All other content can be attached via upload, insert, or (hyper)link.

(R13.)Members have a right to anonymity. The use of a full name is prohibited unless that individual is of notable relevance & significance, such as doctors & their employees, researchers, and notable or historical figures in the field of phalloplasty.

(R14.)Inquiry of "DIY" (do-it-yourself) medicine is prohibited. This can apply to linking websites that sell medical-grade products, fillers, and/or equipment. This also applies to discussion that involves performing procedures on one's self without medical clearance, supervision, and/or qualification.

(R15.) Discussion or references to illicit drugs are forbidden.

(R16.) Members that post any information that is typically subject to change (e.g. pricing) must include the date they obtained the information. Violating posts will be asked to furnish the date(s) or face the deletion of said-posts.

(R17.) Patient-Shaming (or patient-blaming) expressed through comments or private messages that demean, insult, make fun of, criticize, scoff, condescend, or otherwise hurt a member based on a decision they made with respect to male enhancement is forbidden. This does not include, however, comments that express disagreement, challenge baseless assertions, or are critical of outlandish claims.

Violation of one or more of the above rules can result in a deletion of (violating) post/topic, suspension, or outright ban.

Posts that WILL face deletion are posts that:
  • Are in violation of the rules listed above.
  • Solicit on behalf of a non-Sponsored commercial endeavor.
  • Are extremely off-topic.

Any individual who feels that he or she has been wrongly accused, mistreated, or unfairly banned by the Moderation team can contact the Owner of PhalloBoards to appeal. This is also true if a member believes a Moderator is abusing their power or fails to uphold the positive spirit of discussion and discourse.

The PhalloBoards Owner reserves the right to enforce forum rules by discretion.
