 I'm in the middle of sorting out a copyright claim with a company who sells penis enlargement equipment. I'm a bit surprised they don't want the "free press" on their goods but out of good faith I've removed topics with them mentioned, as well as other topics that could (in theory) bring them up.

I'm trying to determine whether or not their copyright claim is a valid one or not before permanently disbanding this sub-forum (so I don't have the issue again) or deciding to revert the previous content after realizing this site was never in the wrong.

The only other thread that remains is by the Commercial Account "Penis-Hanger" who has paid for his ad-space and therefore isn't a copyright risk.

Please refrain from creating new topics on this sub-forum until I get this sorted. Not sure how Thundersplace hasn't received the same copyright allegation but if you want more information about manual PE exercising & equipment, that's the place to go! Do feel free to add opinions here or to check out our Sponsor in the other thread by Penis-Hanger.
