There are many options out there. Basically, you want to look for something that will slightly stretch the penis and is comfortable enough to wear for long periods of time.
Consistency + time + stretch = gains

Using something at night can be risky since you will not be able to observe your penis while sleeping. You want to make sure that blood flow is not impaired, penis is cold, etc. If you wear a stretcher at night (which is generally not recommended) do so with extreme caution.

I can wear phallosan under my jeans at work? Or I can wear it at night and maybe wake up after 6 hours to check. I can fall back alseep easily. I just want to buy something that works as I\'m tired of no results (for length).

I have not found many reviews on here for any device that\'s why I am curious. Once I buy I cannot return

I tried manual PE for 2 years full on with very modest results. The dark side of MPE is that it can take over your life, suck out loads of your time and energy and lead to depression when there are no significant gains after all that effort.

I am much happier putting that effort into working out, having an athletic body and six pack and feel great physically. With the rest of the body every minute spent is guaranteed results.

If you have a lot of free time, want a high input / high risk project and dont have a demanding job then OK but otherwise I\'d wait for medicine to come up with better options.

Sorry for offtop but, how old are you? Did you had some gain after years of manual PE?

I have put effort into my body etc.
Just wanted 1 Inch Erect length to compensate the thicker Dick from the filler.
I just wasn\'t sure what device would work best as I can\'t find much info/reviews on any like I did for the filler.

It\'s so sad that in 2017 we can\'t do almost anything for increase of Erect length. And even if someone increased length of his Dick, it\'s still doesn\'t much matter, because in 95% of cases gain is obviously no more than 0.5\" - 0.75\", so that means, if you were born and grown with 6\" penis or below, you probably will never have a long Dick.P.S. I guess my tool was approx 5.5 el when I got my lig cut around 21 (I\'m 42), which when paired with some short-term Hanging, brought me to 6 el. After roughly 9 months of stretching, I\'m about 6.3-6.4. EL gains take tiiime. Consistency, patience and diet are very important.

Hard to believe that there is no way to increase Erect length by an Inch or so. They can create a penis in female to male sex change operations, but can\'t increase the Erect length of a mans penis by an Inch or more? What about stem cell research or human growth hormone?

Have you ever seen what actually happens for this process? It\'s pretty crazy.
There is a procedure where they can cut the glans off, add thigh mass and stitch the glans back on but it\'s experimental I think.

No imo, but ppl have diffrent experience

What is your recommendation?

For length, Hanging combined with some manual stretches. Currently im suffering from a slow healed PE injury so I havent had time to do a lot but im convinced its the best way to gain length. With that being said, I do have 2 hours a day (which is prob takes if you include warm-ups putting it on etc) to train. If you got a really busy life maybe thats not an option tho. I use LG Hanger
