At 13 weeks my numbers haven't changed. There has been no recession since my last update. That doesn't mean it won't happen, but so far it seems stable.

At 6.5' Girth Erect at midshaft, that's a thick Cock. Pornstar thick. The funny thing is that your brain adapts quickly. You don't see it as it is. But the numbers don't lie. That's the resetter. Reaffirming your size.

Looks super congrats. Is it 100% symmetrical? On the pictures it looks great. How is the feeling Flaccid and in the pussy compared to before? And why you use the stretcher? Is it good for healing?

To answer the questions. I do believe me having hormone optimization with testosterone does contribute to some increases in growth hormone. Possibly contributing to the numbers? I have no research to quote. From what I've read, GH supplementing is the one true variable that can increase collagen formation. I do not subscribe to the oral supplementation of collagen to increase gains. Just from my research,and I did not do any supplementation before and after my procedure.


The penis has the same texture and surface vascular markings as before. When I get fully Erect, it's rock hard. I'm almost 54 and I think time is catching up. My erections could be better. This is not as a result of the procedure. I have an unfilled prescription for Cialis. I make use it as a backup. Particularly when other couples are involved in the bedroom, one can get a little performance anxiety.

The symmetry is perfect. When I look at it, I feel Dr. M couldn't have done a better job.

Its pretty squishy right now also pretty girthy, reaching 6.5\" Flaccid mid shaft (7.25\" Erect). I know it\'s the resultant inflammation attacking the the PMMA. I don\'t expect 1.75\" gain at MS (was 4.75\" and 5.5\").

No hard spots as of yet, I can still manipulate the PMMA which helps with the desired shape. My glans did extend beyond my shaft (see before pics) so it doesn\'t get dwarfed. The face on pics look symmetrical. The side shots do illustrate the large lower shaft, making the glans look smaller.

I will post Erect shots soon as I haven\'t taken any as of yet. It looks good but it does taper to the head. The transition is pretty smooth. I don\'t expect a even cylinder shape right now. It reaches over 7.25\" in Erect Girth. I know (and hope) that this is temporary with the inflammation.

I\'ve using the ESL40 stretcher for about 4hrs a day. It\'s comfortable but the penis does get more inflamed with the pull. It settles down with 30 mins. Doesn\'t really hit the PMMA on the shaft.

Ian, the nurse at AD, suggests rolling the thumb over the PMMA to fill gaps and lower raised areas. That's what I did for the first while till it settles. Honestly, I had to do very little.

Tnank you. I think the procedure went extremely well. Being on testosterone may have helped with healing. Round 2 is not in my future. My round one results were very satisfactory in size and cosmetics. Kinda don't want to mess with it.

Had a good Erection last night and I was back to 6.5' Girth MS I think the previous post at 6.3' was a poorer Erection.

Also, with Ian, on the second day, he was there to help show and make sure you were manipulating it the correct way? Is that an included service? I ask because I am worried about that part. For some reason, my penis needed little manipulation post procedure. I did very little the first eve and the following two days, Ian would manipulate for a few minutes but it was minimal. I guess Dr.M did a great job in placement leaving little post op correction.
