TOPIC: Penis Enlargement Options for 21y/o

So me: 21y/o kid, my penis is below average in both Girth and length. I'm 6'1 and on the cusp of 4.7 inches in length, and Girth is fairly thin. My biggest problem is that I'm fairly attractive and have never had the issue of finding sexual partners, but my penis has always been a factor in longer lasting relationships. I'm confident in myself sexually and have never had a hard time performing/pleasing a woman through various methods besides POV, but it kills me inside knowing that i can't sexually please a woman with my penis as I'd like to. I'm certian my shortcomings will become/already are an issue in long term sexual relationships, and i'd rather not have a girl second guess herself because of my member. I'm not looking for a massive change, but i'd like to have that very real anxiety elimated, or more realistically softened. I understand that someone that truely cares for me wouldn't mind, but that's the poor mans out, relationships are more complicated than that.
I've read up on PMMA enchantments by Dr. C, and that seems to be exactly what I'm looking for and possibly my only option seeing as everyone on this board has had a forlorning experience with Dr. Elist silicone surgery.

My advise would be to do some serious research on a good extender and how to use it, and invest a year or longer in working with that. In the meantime you can do research on various Girth options. If you\'re in the US, dr Morganstern in atlanta has a length and Girth option, using voluma (HA) or Ellanse (PCL) for Girth. At your age I would personally advise you to initially try an option for Girth that isn\'t permanent like PMMA.

Second that. Focus on length first. Buy extender wear it CONSISTENTLY as recommended. Not just one year prepare for a long journey. Even if it takes something like 3-4 year, you would be using your longer Dick for another 40y after that.
After you gain and Inch start Hanging progressively on top of the extender. Add some pump on the way. It worked wonders for me in terms of Girth, maybe it will help you too.
And after length is satisfactory to you, then come back and think of Girth enhancement with fillers. 21 is very young. Your body still has a lot of growth factors and you can grow/enlarge your Dick with consistency.

Go into this with a gym mentality. Say like a person who\'s never worked out and suddenly wants to do a body building show. It will take hours of education, time management, some pain and tons of commitment! Length is possible but not without a lot of hard work and TIME! FYI Flaccid length comes much easier that Erect gains, just the way it is. I\'ve stretched and hung for years, but keep at it and you\'ll eventually see the fruits of your labor.
