TOPIC: Beginning the Journey

Hi all

First time caller long time listener here. I\'m almost certain this is the wrong place for this thread initially but I want to document my journey here from beginning to end so thought the \'progress\' part would be appropriate in that sense.

I\'ve used so much information from this site and a month ago I decided to book an appointment for PMMA with Dr C in Tijuana. The appointment is set for the day after tomorrow and I\'m nervous as hell.

From the vets and others who have undergone the procedure or have researched it. Is there anything I should remember to take when I fly in tomorrow? ...phew.... nerves...

I plan to ask Dr. C for a prescription for viagra and flomax and then buy some sports tape for aftercare. Got some loose fittin shorts to wear afterwards. I booked too late to get a room in the hotel next to the doctor\'s office so I\'m gonna have to uber to the doctors office for the days i\'m around. hmm.... what else is there?

Good luck. Booked the same day with Dr N in Prague. Nervous as hell myself. I will bring ESL40 myself and loose pants including sweatpants. It Seems like Dr C gives you the stretcher, but better get that confirmed by someone that has been there reasently. Flomax Seems like a good idea. I have not been sucessfull in getting my hands on that so will need to do without. All the best!

I am also a guy who has watched this forum forum for a long time and wondered about getting PMMA. I saw you didn\'t get a lot of responses and I created this account just to wish you good luck and to recommend taking collagen building supplements (fish based ones seem to really help my skin). Good luck mate (if an american can say that). I hope your BIG dreams come true.

Yes. Started with collagen already. Will update my report on saturday or sunday and try to make it detailed for anyone going with dr N. Good luck! Nerves killing me now. What if I referer it etc. I have done a lot of reading and thinking, but when the day is here anxiety really kicks in. I do know that if I chicken out I will regret that too since I feel I need to do this. Would be awful going there pay for the appointment and need to go back after another girl turns me down for no apparent reason after sex.

OOOh k. So it\'s done. I taxid over to the doctor\'s office and filled out some paperwork. Ian gave me a gown and foot covers to put on in the bathroom. He takes some pictures and tells me to get into the chair. I\'m tell him I\'m really nervous and he asks me if I\'d like something to take the edge off. The chair is leaned back and I\'m lying down while Ian preps me for the procedure. Doc comes out and we have a chat and then another female doctor comes out. They inject lidocane.... bit of a sharp pain here but not too terrible. Then they do all the injecting. I don\'t remember how long the entire procedure took but we were chatting the entire time so it didn\'t feel very long.

So I got 16ccs all up, which I think was due to the size of the unit being on the smaller side. 9ccs of 30% and 5ccs of 10%. The 30% was used on my base and mid-shaft and the 10% up near my circ scar. I took some pics a couple hours before the procedure and will take some pics of the aftermath tomorrow. I\'ve been hesitant to do any measuring following the procedure cause I don\'t want to see the massive change in measurements once the swelling has subsided. After a lot of reading on this forum I\'m trying really hard to stymie any further development of body dysmorphia.

So I\'ve been back at the hotel now for a little bit. I did a bit of massaging, fell asleep, woke up, massaged again. I guess this is my life now haha. I have run into a bit of a problem though. I haven\'t been able to get hard since I\'ve come back to the hotel. Stuck on some porn and I\'m not sure if it\'s the aching feeling or the ativan i took earlier but I can barely get hard. So I\'ve been stretching my penis onto a table and rolling it with the roller Ian gave me.

So Dr C uses a roller now?

There is a rolling tool in the post-care kit that Nurse Ian gives you it\'s the shape of pencil with a wider flat cylinder on top which is used to roll over injection sites to stop the formation of nodules.
