That\'s amazing it has healed that fast. I think you are correct that the PRP helps out a lot. You\'d never know you had anything done just by looking.

Looks good. Do they inject the PRP on the skin area where the PMMA goes? Or in the Corpora Cavernosa?

The PRP is injected in the same layer as the PMMA using a cannula . Additional micro needles are used for the glans.

I am not sure how Dr C determines percentages. Perhaps he evaluates based on individual anatomy. There are a few that gained .8-1.00 after first session. I think most had 30% vs 10%. Perhaps others can chime in. I\'m not sure if the gains were measured post op, or after 6+ weeks

I will not evaluate my results until 6-8 weeks, allowing any swelling to dissipate, and collagen production to kick in.

I expect a second session would be required to hold 1.00 of additional Girth mid-shaft.

Am still convinced the conservative route is the way to go. When I decide to do the procedure I\'ll go 10% first to gauge how my body reacts to the PMMA then by another 10% increments. It sounds tedious but I\'ll been a fond believer that \"Slow and steady wins the race\".

day 11 check-in.

All swelling has disappeared. I\'ve been using the extender 3X1hr per day, as well as pumping at 3hg for 10min twice daily.BTW I don\'t fit into my 2.00\" pump tube any more. Moved up to the 2.5\". Still taking all supplements. Collagen HA-300-500 mg, Andro by Red labs, Vit C 1000mg, as well as 5mg daily of Cialis.As well as the remainder of my Flowmax Dr C gave me. Still eating fairly clean. I\'ve had a few nights enjoying Wine, and beer.

As for my condition. All is good, no nodules. Only a small hard spot 3/4 down left shaft. I\'ve tried massaging, and hoping pumping reduces its feeling. It not large enough to bother me. Erections are rock hard!! Feel like I\'m 20 again. I am going to measure Girth after 3 weeks, then 8 weeks. I will post pics with measurements. I did measure EL and FL. FL approx .75-1.00 increase. EL same as before the PMMA, 7.25-7.4ish.

Still planning on a second session after 6 months. And to see if Dr C can touch up the small hard spot.

What is your Girth gains now and I will tell you what Girth gains you will get from this round. I actually went to Boths doctors so far I\'m on my second round.

Good result so far! Do you feel the flomax made a difference?

The flowmax seems to increase my flacid length. The Cialis does the same thing, so I\'m not sure which is doing what.

As for measuring, I had mentioned I wasn\'t going to evaluate until 3 weeks, and then again at 8 weeks. I did a quick measurement after day 5. So I\'m not sure if swelling affected the numbers. At that time my FL went from 4.5 to 5.3-5.5. EG at glans 5.0 to 5.4, EGMS 5.25 to 5.75-5.8, EGB 5.6 to 6.25. I will have pics with measurements in a week when I hit 3 weeks.

@lydon47 with my experience you will loose about 40% of the gains you have right now so if you were told that you will get 1/2 of an Inch with this round you actually going to get less than that more like 0.25 to 0.39 from this round. That what exactly happened to me and that is why I tried the other dr.

Sounds like you were a little disappointed with your first round results. I\'m pretty sure results are mixed depending on aftercare, lifestyle, genetics, ability to produce collegen, as well supplements and age. I\'ve read most of members first procedures and would say results ,whether it\'s 10% or 30% vary from .25\"to 1.00\"permanent gains after 8-10 weeks.

Yes ..you are right. About genetic and all that i only gained .25\" in Girth but what confused me is I gained 1\" on my sencond round with the other dr. So it must not be genetic them
