20 some years ago I had a fat injection and enlargement surgery.
The first 10 years I was pretty satisfied except the spongy feel (read below). Over the years though the shaft regressed a little. I used the weight for a few months only, basically it was impossible to do as I traveled a lot at the time.
Now when it\'s Flaccid it\'s somewhat accordion or zig-zag looking. When Erect I have several nodules at the bottom (near the glans). Also the fat is very spongy, it\'s always somewhat difficult to roll a condom on because it \"sinks into\" the spongy skin when I\'m rolling it.

For years I kept hoping for a final \"Repair\" surgery. I got busy, married, divorced, etc..
For the last few years I\'ve been thinking about fixing it and then finally I decided it was time to do it.

I found this board, which I\'m grateful for, but it also made me extremely depressed.
Basically most threads I\'ve read so far start out somewhat positive and end with a \"it didn\'t work\" story.
- I feel like I have to redo the lengthening surgery as it\'s retracted. I wanted to replace the fat with aloderm or Belladerm however, based on the feedback here it won\'t last. If I have the fat removed I\'ll have an excess of skin and a skinny Dick.
- If I end up with PMMA, which is a new subject to me, I\'m injecting silicone pellets under the skin and apparently there\'s already been a suspicious case of prostate cancer with PMMA in it.. The whole idea of squirt silicone into my body seems so risky, I remember a Brazilian case where a lady injected silicone directly into her butt to make it bigger and ended up dying from complications..

- For years I had this \"one day I\'ll get it done\" dream but after going through the many threads here I\'m becoming very disillusioned and disappointed. Seems like no matter what I do it either won\'t last or has incredible risks or both..

I\'d be willing to pay a LOT of money and put up with a lot of pain to finally have a symmetrical, good looking, ideally above average member but so many threads are roller coasters of positive experiences endING up turning into negative or pointless procedures.

I\'m still glad I found this message board because I\'m trying to learn from others but I\'m literally lost..

I have to do something because the nodules and the unevenness of the fat transfers drive me nuts but I just don\'t know what to do..

I\'m sorry I sound so negative but yeah, this is all very depressing..

The retraction could be from your last procedure going south on you. Every person whom I have read on here who ended up with a failed procedure had a retraction. Mine went away when the graft came out. You may just need to hang for a bit to get it back. That all I had to do.

There is no evidence that PMMA causes cancer. You are fucking with yourself a bit by reading this board in a depressed frame of mind.

If I were you I would start doing research on what is possible as an additive procedure first - is it possible/are there people who had HA, PMMA etc added to FFT in your condition and what were the outcomes? There must be guys on here with that history. Technically taking it out and putting something back is in possible so that is an option too.

I went through the same thing and it took me over a year to figure out - take it all out? start from scratch? - leave it in and work around it? etc. There is probably a correct answer for you and you have options so I\'d research them to see what they are. You are not the only guy that has had to have a reconstructive process on here so learn from them.

Free advice - take pics of your Dick and send them to Dr. Oates on here and see if HA is a possible additive procedure. Email the pics to Wade and Dr. C with the same question about PMMA. Have a consult with Dr. Alter or Reed about what Removal looks like You need to inform yourself more and it will help you decide.

(I would keep all your posts on this on the same thread. It will make it easier to follow you and for other people to learn from your experience.

If you want FFT/stem cell with PRP. I would recommend Dr George Ibrahim at Biltmore aesthetics . I just had a Revision /addition done with him. Very pleased with results

To clarify, when I say retraction I mean that the length went back a Centimeter or so from what I achieved some 20 years ago. That\'s not really a problem, it\'s the unevenness that bothers me and the spongy feel to the skin. Appreciate your thoughts and you\'re right, I need to spend some time reading and trying to figure out my options. It\'s just that some 3-4 months ago I finally decided to go for the Revision and figured I knew exactly what I wanted.. Until I found this forum and started reading the numerous stories here..
Thanks ago, I might follow your advice.

Thanks for your reply.
Free fat? No, I definitely don\'t want free fat because of the spongy feel.. again, mine was done 20+ years ago.. I need to read up on the stem cell procedure, have no idea what that means?

Stem cell means nothing, it\'s a trick they use to convince people that fat injection works when in fact it doesn\'t and never will do.

I disagree. Mine does not have a spongy feel. Now if I get lumps in a year or so then I will have to agree with you. I admit, 1st round wasn\'t ideal., but I think part of problem was was too much was injected. My penis looked deformed for days..very swollen, bruised, and curved. Didn\'t feel normal till 3 months. I would not have had it done again, except I wanted the aesthetics improved and a little more Girth..He is a Urologist. experience as a Urologist/surgeon at Duke.. Adiprep method to obtain fat / stem cells. virtually painless. Adipose tissue rich in stem cells. helps regenerate new tissue . I\'ve heard PRP is a scam...but I chose it this time...it does stimulate blood vessel formation..thus it should help fat cells survive. Just my opinion... but would much rather have my own tissue than belladrrm or alloderm. PMMA seems to give better more consistent results. But can\'t see going to Mexico...especially if there is a problem later.. That\'s why I did fat... Trying to find a doctor who is reputable was my biggest challenge

Most of the time lumps from FFT cane shrunk away with steroid injections. Than may help with symmetry and bumps.

Just thought I\'d mention since nobody else did, PMMA is not silicone

Wildcat, are you still happy with the procedure you had in 2017? If I understood it correctly, you've had FFT in the past and at the Biltmore clinic had fillers to improve the previous results? Has the size stayed the same? Any lumps? Appreciate your feedback..
