Would love to know how everything is Hanging for you. I\'m interested in HA fillers, but would like to know the long term effects you have experienced. Thanks for posting your experience and all the details. Very much appreciated.

My complications have been really minor, some topical discolouration that I fixed with a sun spot cream, a couple of slightly hardened areas, probability fibrosis which improved alot after taking some vitamin E for a few weeks or maybe from massaging not sure. As another member has said there is a slight banding feature that develops after around 6 months but as I have been topping up I don\'t have it right now. I also have never stopped massaging, at least 3, 4 times a week in a warm shower. I have the suspicion that it could start developing unevenness if I didn\'t.

Erections are great, probably better than before and yes it\'s very very usable although I do have to be very gentle and slow, not just for the other person, it can be somewhat painful for me too if I try to go in too rough but overall the feeling is much better than quick rough action with a lot less tension.

Reabsorption has been slow actually, according to my calculations something like 1% per month although I read somewhere that after the 18 months it breaks down much faster so we will see.

Not saying voluma is perfect, as said in previous posts the whole penis feels kind of soft and squidgy when flacid but when Erect it feels pretty hard and natural enough and its been good to have the piece of mind that it\'s a safe, good quality product injected in my penis.

Have you noticed any dramatic reabsorption, and if so, is it reabsorbing evenly or you still massage?

Hey all sorry missed a few questions recently, so there\'s good news and bad news. Overall it seems to be reabsorbing slowly and I must still have a fair amount of the orinial voluma from 18 months ago, perhaps 40%?

The bad news is that this is not true for all the shaft! The base needs toping up every 6 months which is very annoying I have no idea whether it\'s reabsorbed there or if its moving. And if its moving where is it going?? Hopefully not into the rest of the body! Also it doesn\'t dissolve uniformly. After 6 months I start noticing hollow spots here and there and refilling them is not easy. Really hard to explain to the Dr where he needs to refill.

So it\'s a mixed bag, a lot of hassle and money but at the same time I do now have a pretty huge Dick! Can\'t wait for a longer lasting and cheaper filler though.

Thanks for the update.

Have you given any consideration to Ellanse.

I dont know of any docs in London who offer Ellanse otherwise I would consider it.

But from what I\'ve read it\'s more expensive than voluma which is already hideously expensive, it tends to form lumps and it is very hard to top up. If these are true then I wouldn\'t consider it an improvement over voluma.

From what I\'ve seen (and been quoted) 20 ml may cost a bit more, but if it lasts more than twice as long then it\'s much more cost effective.

I definitely plan to ask about the difficulty with top ups. Regarding lumps, I\'ve been researching it as best I can and I\'m not seeing anything about that. If you have any good evidence that indicates that may be the case please share it, it would be much appreciated.

Hi all

So what I initially thought was scar tissue has turned into two little lumps, Im not sure if that\'s what nodules are? I\'d say the bigger one is like 0.5cm wide and it\'s very palpable to me. A quick search on nodules seems to suggest they can be cancerous. Should I panic??

Went to Dr and he gave me a steroid shot.

I think this will be my last post here and I ought to make it clear that it\'s not cause something went terribly wrong with my health but it seems like people are only here to look and comment at result pics, when something went wrong and I asked for some advice/support noone bothered to reply.

Over and out.

I think people here absolutely respond to issues. Not sure what happened, maybe you were just unlucky in that more recent posts bumped it down and it was missed, dunno. Anyway, I don\'t think I recall anything about nodules from people who had HA, so what did the doctor think it was? I have two nodules from Ellanse most likely scar tissue from the inflammation process. A definite hard/rubbery feel to them, but I\'ve not heard of scar tissue from HA.

One needs to remember all fillers can develop Nodule formation and they can develop at different times. Early Nodule formation is usually a result of the filler itself and/or poor administration technique or poor aftercare(not massaging enough). Later (around 4-12 months) Nodule formation is usually granulomatous formation and is the body reacting to the filler. The former is treated with dispersal or cover-up techniques and the latter is treated with steroid or/and anti-inflammatory medications. Very unlikely Nodule are cancerous since this would be quickly and widely reported in the dermatological and plastic surgery literature so no worries there.
