Btw Dr Nem responds very quick and good to 2 questions i had with pictures, the red stuff on underside penis is \'hematoma that changes color and disappears within ten days\' - basically it\'s damaged blood capillars from the procedure and the blood goes to the underside through gravity


ps Shit, i see first Nodule. At entry point. Ok, i just see it with my eyes at a certain angle, not in a foto.
I can\'t do anything there i guess, it\'s hard. (But as said it\'s in good position, right now all in all it\'s no big deal whatsoever, but let\'s see in 20 days)

4.5 days after procedure:
- swelling nearly totally gone (Foreskin especially)
- edema underneath the penis makes penis hurt a tiny bit on every movement still, will take another week to disappear
- Flaccid Girth from 9 to 10.2cm right now

I already look forward to next procedures. I guess i wanna addon till shaft is too fat in Flaccid state compared to the penis head - or till about 12-13cm. Hm.

- Flaccid penis seems longer but this could be wrong.. measured 12.5cm right now - but for the life of me i don\'t even find a measurement of Flaccid length, probably because it\'s so variable anyway

- one thing that is BS right now: 2 Minutes *after* i went to toilet pissing, there comes urine out again, a few drops. She told me without prompting her that she does PMMA only on top and sides, but not underneath, near urethra. As written some days ago when it was swelling big time it felt like there was PMMA also on the underside on the half of penis more near to the base. I\'ll see if this goes on or not. Worst case there will be more dripping after toilet. On the \'good\' side this makes my penis fatter.

It will just be dwelling underneath. She stays far away from the urethra. It can\'t get down there. Chill chap, your looking good.

What to do with Nodule ?
I have a hard spot. It\'s at the base at the entry point of the needle and just a bit smaller than the size of my small finger.

DAY 12 after Round 1

- I did not cum for 13 days. While watching a lot of porn. I thought it was a problem, because not cumming for 14 days is very hard normally.

3 WEEKS / 21 DAYS after Round one:

- had no sex yet, mainly because of no options right now and second because of not going for it because:
- Still hematoma! And the skin hurts. At least finally in the last days it got a bit smaller. But could take another 3 weeks for it to be totally gone it seems.

That\'s 12 Weeks = 3 months after Round 1 (was in end of may).

Round 3 highly probably around christmas holidays.

Alternative would be Round 2 in christmas holidays, which would be 7 months after Round 1.

One Idea was to 'see' how hard the erect becomes with 10% 6 months after, and then decide further. But now I decided to set the date.

- Tell Dr N what I want (eg 10% and how many millileters, eg 'Put in as much as you think is good for a good aesthetic result')
Also show her good pictures ' ask her if she can put more pmma in certain places: at the base and a bit more near the glans ' if this is adviseable

When to start taking it?

Use the metro to get about. It\'s 30 koruna for 30 minutes travel. Ridiculously cheap. Never get a taxi in Prague, anywhere anytime.

7 WEEKS AFTER ROUND 1:

-Hardness: On the sides ' where there is definitely PMMA, because you clearly see it being thinner before the PMMA starts ' it's as hard as my Erection.
But on the top middle, there is an area that is pretty squishy. Definitely softer than my Erection.
I guess.. it will harden (and get smaller) with time.- i still have some skin pain and discoloration from the hematoma, which annoys me

- I feel small like before
Well, i am still small. Actually i lost 0.2 centimetres Erect Girth, the last 4 weeks, which is nothing.

- So, so far i went from
9cm / 3.5 inches Flaccid Girth to 10cm / 3.9 inches Flaccid Girth
10cm / 3.9 inches Erect Girth to 11cm / 4.3 Erect Girth

- so +0.5 inches so far after 7 weeks with 10ml 10% (will get a bit less i guess next 8 months)

I too have noticed that the PMMA on the sides is firmer than the PMMA on top. Maybe it\'s down tot he volume placed there, maybe it\'s down to erectile quality. Does concern me though. More size is useless if it\'s not hard.
