PLANNING Round 4

See the pictures, i would like the base filled and more on the left side than the right side.

On the other hand i was thinking just have a \'full 10ml round\' (which is not much) like always. My penis still looks pretty thin to me, and it \'objectively is\' (a bit longer than average, but only average Girth at the fattest part). And penis head is as big as maximum Girth, aesthetically i think i would like the middle shaft bigger than the head.
I don\'t know, perhaps she already needs the 10ml probably i think for the area i painted.
I don\'t want more on top i think, cause the \'bump\' is already noticable, while the sides i find to be much more unproblematic.

(upper right side would be also just a tiny spot to fill, but i think it\'s too risky, she has to go up there just for the tiny spot, and the upper area is a bit problematic with PMMA)

Dr N seems also a bit afraid to put PMMA near the base. I think she worries about Flaccid look of the penis. I don\'t care so much about the Flaccid look (i think), i think Erect Girth is more important.

Also: I want to put on esl40 pulling it softly upwards in first 3 days - so the PMMA in this area forms in this state -> Idea is that it makes the penis point more upwards and helps with my erections

i haven\'t got time to go into much detail right now, Dream, but long story short: i went to see a doctor in the uk today about my PMMA. i thought i had a problem. i don\'t. or more specifically: the problem i do have is unrelated to my PMMA anyway. more about this on my thread in the next few days. just to confirm: i dont have a PMMA related problem.

HOWEVER, related to your point about wanting PMMA in the base, i want to chime in with something important. the doctor i saw has seen a number of guys with PMMA. we were discussing PMMA in general.

please understand that i was a bit nervous when i was talking to him because i was worried about my situation, and so the step-by-step details are vague, but...

... he said that a lot of the problems are concerning PMMA in the base.

he also said:

- most often, problems occur because the PMMA is put in the wrong place, too deeply or too shallow, by mistake
- often PMMA gets put in the wrong place during the backwards motion of the canulla
- that is, if the injector continues to inject at the same time as pulling the canulla backwards in order to exit the entry hole, then the PMMA often/sometimes ends up in the wrong layer, usually in too shallow a layer
- i guess injecting while moving backwards leads to less accuracy?
- and he says because it is being pulled backwards at this point, it usually is injected into the base area

granted, this 5-step logic doesnt mean that PMMA in the base is bad per se, just that it is usually the base that receives badly injected PMMA during the backwards movement of the canulla. HOWEVER, this is the important bit: the doctor i am certain said that PMMA in the base is more problematic anyway. he seemed to say that PMMA in the base is often the area of complication for his patients.

Hi number22. Can you please tell is there currently any doctor in Uk that is doing PMMA procedures ?
And if not, where are most uk guys going to these days,to get a treatment of this kind ?

Argh!

Thanks!

Hmm. What to do now.
I guess i\'ll do it anyway and hope for the best.
I told Dr N about this per whatsapp, let\'s see what she does with it.
Hm. Last time the sides at the base where problem free.
But of course i just play the \'i play the chance it will not happen to me card\'.

Would be interesting what kind of problems there are, like what is the severety or something.

Wow, that\'s very interesting. Did he said where did these guys get their procedures done? It\'s surprising, because I thought (as well as many others I guess) that we have only Dr.N in Prague for European guys.

yes he said \'eastern europe seems to be where most people go for this procedure.\'

alexei: as far as a i know, there is no-one in the uk doing this.

i really should have asked him how many PMMA patients he\'s seen, i literally cant believe i didnt ask him that, ask for just a ballpark figure. i was just nervous and then joyous when i got the good news, and then outtathere before he changed his mind.

anyway, i would guess no more than a handful, like 5 or 6, but that\'s a handful more than most, i guess.

Dream: about the severity of problems, the doctor suggested they aren\'t that severe, or at least not when compared to the old days when men injected all kinds of crazy shit.

he said things like pain and unappealing clumpiness and Nodule formation.

just to underline though, it\'s not like he told me everything of course and i didnt ask (still can\'t believe it).

Am at the doc now.

Damn, forgot to make a recent Girth measurement for the last round. Is surely a bit smaller than 11.7cm i last measured months ago.

Ok. Deed is done.
11ml, 30%.
Penis looks pretty bad.
She assures me that the upper left big bump is not any product but is just inflammation.

I was too slow making a picture before she put the bandage on the entry point.
I got a glimpse seeing the base not so filled.
The without entry point is the before.

Should have made the procedure perhaps 45 minutes later, to have less travel time.
I put the penis upwards now woth the esl, a bit forward with help of the pillow.
I try to minimize movement.
Put some type of bandage around inflammated area -> should actually have done this before the procedure.

Taxi to trainstation is 100 czk. Taxi calculator from internet said 180.

Shit. I somehow have to look up where the good seats are in the train. Was on the wrong side and didn\'t get a good one. Good seats are in the back of the train.

Was thinking: probably i already watch some porn in the 5 hour train ride, to get Erect

1300euro. Damn it adds up.

Will update this post as i go along.

ROUND 4

8 hours after procedure:
- Upper left is cracy. I already had this last round. But last round there was material there. This time she assured me it\'s \'just\' inflammation. So right now my penis is totally weirdly shaped.

- I suspect left side will still be too much. Right side middle was not originally planned at all, but she said \'just a bit\' and i said ok. Perhaps a mistake.

I told her in whatsapp that i prefer not talking while procedure ' and she did not talk this time. So now I am sitting at home, I am also a bit sick,
I am not at my parents house cause I chose the seldom free days to do this,
get a bigger penis and be loved more,
now penis is weird,
so the ugly head of depression rears its head a bit.Damn, I thought this is an easy round, not putting PMMA much forward, not much to happen. Then that. She doesn't like it when you watch her inject. That's what I think. She encouraged me to lie down. I do it, I wanna make it comfortable for her.Perhaps it's just fluid, 'inflammation', it goes back in a few days, nothing has happened and all is fine. The thing is, it was right there, directly after the procedure.I thought about pressing the inflammation area together with this thing (blue thing in the pics), but then I also thought perhaps I just let it, if it's just an inflammation it doesn't matter? Next time I say '8 to 9 millilitres'.
Hm. This was kinda supposed to be my last round.
Gotta see in 2 weeks how it looks.
Fuck. Worst case i guess a PMMA bump there.

I sent Dr N this on whatsapp + also 2 pictures:
\"Hello
The upper left thing is very weird, is it a wound?
It's just inflammation? When will it go away?
How did it happen? With the anaesthesia-syringe? You had this case before?
Should I try to compress it? Or just let it expand freely?
I am a bit depressed fearful sad\"

Hey, Dream.

I really do think that is just inflammation. I had bits just like that around the glans before.

I didn\'t take a photo of it (because I\'m too much of a pussy, unlike you!) but I remember thinking it was wierd too!

I always had swelling around the glans and it always went away.

Don\'t worry!

Everytime so far your Dick has looked better. This will be no different.

My thoughts are with you, old boy.

You will be fine!

Thanks so much!
Really good to hear that information

Did you try to compress it or just left it be?

(btw Dr N answered me \'It\'s normal, it will be ok!\' ?
edit: + not to touch it)

I tried to compress it but it didn\'t work. It was just fluid, lots of fuild, more than you have.

It went away within a couple of days.

Honestly I wouldn\'t touch it, I think pressing it just causes more trauma and leads to more swelling.
