It seems that on this forum that all it takes is for a few people to have a decent looking result for a few weeks and the method is somehow deemed a viable option. Silicone enhancement has been performed on the black market for years. There is a guy doing it in NYC and will charge way less than Loria. But no matter who does it, you are still going to have a high volume of silicone in your penis.

Well i had hope that the silicone would give me a natural look and hide all the irregularities i have.

Don\'t check in often. Going back for second round end of January. Still happy with results. Went from 4.5 to 6.5 then 6.0 in pic then 5.5 where it has stayed. Was still some swelling in pic. I want to get back to 6.0 and I\'ll be happy so second treatment scheduled.

Update: I ended up getting a second treatment on Jan 28th, probably the final though this is pretty addictive.

My first treatment was early Nov. By end of Nov (I posted pics) I was extremely happy and was not going to get any more treatments. The results were EXACTLY what I wanted. However, that was day 21 and some of the gain was still swelling. So by mid-Dec when the swelling was gone, I was still very happy but just under where I wanted to be. Decided to go for a second treatment.

Dr. Loria used a diff technique the second time. He did a series of 15 small injections to more precisely sculpt. I truly think that if you decided to do this, you have to go for two treatments. The first adds about .75 inches and the results were great but a little uneven (see first pic). The difference to the women I was with was definitely noticeable.

But I wanted to go back to where I was at end of Nov and to even it out more, and I think a thicker base tapering to the head looks more natural. Dr. Loria asked me what I was hoping for and agreed that it\'s a more natural look and sculpted the shape through the 15 injections. I have to say, I\'m EXTREMELY happy with the results. The problem with being too complimentary is that I\'m sure everyone will say I\'m a shill or whatever but I don\'t care because am very, very thankful to Dr. Loria. It\'s still early and there surly is swelling but seems a lot less swelling than the first time. I expect to lose some fraction of inches but really like the results so far.

I also have to say, he\'s just a likable guy. Not sure why so villified by some one here. But I can only speak to my perception. He is OBSESSED with the after care videos. He takes a lot of time recording, re-recording, refining. From the time I went in Nov to the time I had it redone in Jan, he had re-recorded the after-care video with some nuances that I found much better. (Earlier I commented on the horrible plastic ring contraption, he has relegated that to a night-time only barrier on days 7-21 only which is more livable).

I happened to briefly mention something I did slightly diff from the video that solved an issue (the rubber ring can be a little uncomfortable and I come up with a simple solution to make it feel fine), and you would think I was telling him the secret of the universe he was so interested. I would not be surprised if it makes it to the next video. This guy cares about what he\'s doing and he cares about the patients and the results. Is he also making a mint off of this? Yes, I\'m sure but good for him -- I wish him the most success.

First pic is after my first treatment, after the swelling went down. I was happy but wanted a thicker base tapering to the head.

Second pic was Feb 1, four days after second treatment.

Third pic is today Feb 4. I like the more natural contour very much.

A little difficult to compare since first pic was semi-hard but it\'s so soon after surgery I don\'t and to handle the shaft and risk moving or losing filler. I\'ll post semi-hard pics as time progresses.

Looks good so far.
How many entry points? is it 15 points as I understand it?
What did he use for a needle?
Do you know exactly what he is injecting?

Thank you! He said 15 entry points... I really wanted to watch, it was something I regretted not doing the first time. But they put the table kinda inverted in such a way that was too uncomfortable. But Dr. Loria said it was 15 entry points and I have no idea what needle. I guess I should have asked. He seemed to take a lot more time on the second treatment.

I\'m pretty sure it was the same as the first treatment- Silkon1000 or whatever mixed in a carrier solution to form droplets but I\'m not sure. Again, I suppose I should have specifically asked.

EDIT- The first treatment seemed to be 1 injection point. I had to keep a small round band-aid super glued to the entry point. This time there are many small entry points and no band-aid or super glue. I guess it\'s less likely to leak as each injection site has a smaller amount.

On my last procedure (fourth) he also changed to the multi-point injection to create a more even appearance. We looked closely at my shape and results from the first three procedures and dialed in the areas that needed just a little more and better balance. The work these Doctors are doing are improving every day. I, like you, am excited about my results and very natural (but huge) look.

I've tried reviewing pics as well as sending a message directly to you with no luck. Any suggestions?

I just did the procedure myself three days ago and yes. It looks bad. The edema under my glans is extreme. I’m just wondering if you had any issue with that too. Also, hoping the results turn out like yours.
