Great - looking back I only pulled off the year of constant stretching because I was young. There is no way it would hold my interest anymore. I am not sure if you really care that much either but it looks really good and so long as you don\'t get the retraction some guys get - which I never understood - you are ahead of the game.

HD, retraction is due to scarring, which is the body\'s natural response to such a procedure. Bodies heal differently. A good example is scabbing following a laceration. Sometimes you see scabs that are overly scabby, which is because the body over-compensated with its healing ability. The same applies to retraction after lig cut.

13 Months after surgery

Hey guys, back for an update, as mentioned before since stretching is so slow I did not see the point in updating as frequently as I used to. So 13 months after surgery and about 10 months of stretching I stand at about 4 inches in my lesser Flaccid length. It varies but does not really go under 3.5. Do note that I don\'t take measurement every day, my routine goes as follow : put on the ESL40 every night before going to sleep. I do miss a night here and there when I sleep away or have company.

As for the big question : yes I do have some EL gain. No photos, but at my peek I do measure up to the 6 inches but as for FL it varies. Taking pictures is kinda of tricky and I don\'t really feel up to the task.

The scar is also fading, it is still noticeable. But considering what it looked like post-op last year, I am pretty satisfied. I do still apply vitamin E based cream at least 1 time a day, 2 when I can. Not sure if it is effective, but it is a really small investment lol

Guys who think of doing a lig cut: Manual stretches and then Hanging weights not only gives better gains, it also drags the ligaments down the shaft from the base when stretching them and this gives nice increase in base penis Girth. 1-2inches of length gain is perfectly doable with 2 years of everyday Hanging. If you are starting with high penis exit point, tight ligaments, its much better then doing a surgery.
