hoddle10 wrote: I don\'t suggest anything. Im just saying that what Dr Loria offers is plain old silicone injections under the guise of something else. His procedure shouldn\'t be distinguished from the backstreet silicone injections that people have been getting for decades and there are forums dedicated to it. I think many guys are under the impression he\'s doing something different, but that\'s just marketing. He\'s just injecting silicone and then wrapping to keep in place. Becuase of how he markets the procedure most guys think it something it\'s not and are prepared to pay thousands of dollars for him to spend 15 mins injecting a few vials of Silikon 1000 which cost him about $100.

Do you have proof that this is unsafe?

I\'ve heard from many of his happy customers now.

I don\'t want to answer these questions. You seem to have got your head in a much better place. Just let your penis heal and don\'t go back for more. Things will be fine.

I think if I went back for more, I would PMMA from Mexico.

Why not answer the questions? A plastic surgeon told me today that silicone can cause problems down the road.

If you know something, why not share it?

I have now talked to a few of his happy customers.

Because no one wants days of neurotic posting!

I\'m not with holding any special information. It\'s no secret that liquid silicone was banned in1992 by the FDA. However, since 2002, due to a loop hole, known as \"off label\" use, some Dr\'s have reintroduced it into their cosmetic practices. But they only use it in tiny amounts via a micro droplet technique. However, Dr Loria is using it for large volume filling and in large amounts, which is why it was banned in 1992.

Just because some people have had good results doesn\'t mean it\'s safe. It just means those people have had no complications to date.

What do you think those complications could end up being?

The plastic surgeon already said he couldn\'t remove it.

I really should have done more research and went with PMMA.

Here\'s an article...

www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3519113/

But this doesn\'t mean that every case is like this. For all I know, I could turn out just fine.

It\'s just paranoia at this point to worry that something awful will happen. I don\'t know if it will or not, but I do know that I\'m going with PMMA for any future enhancements.

You could and most probably will end up fine. But just leave things as they are and only have a further procedure if you end up with a poor cosmetic result and feel it needs correction.

Don\'t worry about complications or Removal. You should have made your self aware of possible complications before going ahead. It does you no use to start researching now and it\'s pointless to have it removed unless you have a problem. I don\'t think you will have any issues.

Who have you known that have had these in there for decades, though? I will surely go with PMMA for enhancement.

Telling me \"I should have done the research before,\" does not help my problem.

How are you coming to your opinion of \"it will probably be fine?\"

You don\'t have a problem and we shouldn\'t assume you will have one. The reason I told you you should have done research before is because doing it after the fact causes problems of the mental variety.

Silicone didn\'t get banned because the \"majority\" who had it had problems, but because a higher than satisfactory rate of complications, considering how difficult it is to remove. Hence you will \"probably\" be fine. If the \"majority\" had problems then I would have said the opposite, but the odds are in your favour.

You have a good sized penis already, so I don\'t think you should have further enhancement. Certainly don\'t decide to have PMMA until you have done much more research. It was only yesterday you were tellling me you were opposed to PMMA, so it\'s a pretty damn short time frame in which to have changed your mind. As others have told you read as much as you can and make a considered choice after sufficient time reflect on all that you have learned.

My attitude changes after I read.

I\'m having another issue with my procedure. I can\'t feel anything in the glans and am not sure that I can in the shaft, but it\'s hard to tell with all the bandages on. I mostly just feel pain when I massage from all the cuts.

I know you aren\'t going to take this advice because you haven\'t really taken any from the dozen people who keep trying to help you...
Please do not consider doing any other procedures for at least 6 months to a year at a minimum. Even then I would urge you not to do that. Like Hoddle said, you are probably going to come out of this alright. But you have to wait and see. All this speculation after the fact is doing you no good mentally. And it is clear to everyone that right now you are not in a good space mentally to handle the decision of proceeding with anything. So just wait. Absolutely keep researching, but don\'t draw any conclusions just yet. You have time. And certainly before you draw any conclusions you need to see how your current procedure works out. It may very well end up making you happy and you won\'t even need to consider Removal, Revision or anything else.

The issue with glans sensitivity could be due to the wrap. It could be due to the silicone. It could just be that you\'ve worked yourself up so much that your body is shot. And no, you probably aren\'t going to be able to feel much through the wrap or bandages. That just makes sense.

Here is my latest picture. 12 days after the procedure. It pretty much looks like a normal dick, right?

Farmerjohn, Yes it is definitely looking better. See, we all kept trying to tell you to wait and let things heal. One thing I would probably caution you about is keeping a balance between glans size and shaft Girth. There is probably still some swelling going on in this picture, but do you see how the shaft is wider than the glans? If you go for a second filler, either silicone or PMMA, like you said you may do, I am afraid your shaft is going to dwarf your glans and you will not have a natural appearance. It will look odd. If you don\'t care about that, then do what you will. But in order to keep a natural aesthetic, you have to keep things in balance.

I know. I did glans enhancement this time, but it didn\'t seem to do anything.

I wonder if there is a way to increase the glans because this time obviously didn\'t work.

There is no good way to do a large increase in glans size. Glans enhancement is minimal, temporary, and like most everything else has risk of complications. Check out some of the posts regarding it. If there were a safe way to effectively and permanently increase glans size, that doc would have a line a mile long with guys wanting it.

I read up on silkon1000 it says that its permanent. Honestly i knew nothing about it other then dr c uses it smooth out lumps and nodules. I hope dr loria is actually using silkon and not sone unknown filler.
