But seriously what did the doctors tell u about the silikone interaction with the testicles? It doesn't look like a superficial injection. It seems to have integrated perfectly with the testicles at least visually.

I think it's one thing to inject the penile shaft with PMMA because in theory it should be safely secured beneath the fascia at a certain point. But injecting silikone 1000 seems a bit sketchy. Don't get me wrong I'm not judging I just don't understand the biological interaction with the silikone and the testicles. I know it's used in delicate areas like the eye for detached retinas but what did the doctors at AD tell u about the growth or filler factor of the silikone with the testicles. What's the theory that makes the testicles grow or if not grow then fill up? Where does the silikone get stored safely in ur sack? It doesn't look like it migrated and created a third ball so that is a good thing.

Again I'm not judging at all I love this board and want nothing but the best for everyone on here. When I discovered it a few years back I was happy because of the hope it gives and the fact that there r guys who have same insecurity as I do.

I think it looks great though. And I wish u nothing but continued health and happiness. I know I'm jealous. Keep us posted.

Look, this entire board is dedicated to procedures that are still in their infancy of research and practice. Nobody has the perfect procedure that is without risks or potential side effects.

The smooth finish procedure is injecting droplets of the exact same substance along the entire shaft.

Please do your own research, and if you don't trust the procedure, aren't willing to accept the risks, then by all means don't do it.

I did not join this board to encourage anyone to do something they aren't comfortable with or don't feel is safe. I have received invaluable support from many here and comraderie through what can be a very nerve wracking decision. That said nobody here is your parent, conscious, or partner. Make your own damn decisions and own your own situation.

As far as your 'questions' frankly I've given detailed descriptions, photos and explanations over years, 5 procedures, ups and downs. I have given the same response multiple times that your body may react to foreign substances differently. I cannot alleviate your concerns any more than what I have already offered. Wannabehung Your phrase 'sketchy' honestly pisses me off and I wish you would refrain from posting on my thread again. I don't appreciate it and flattery doesn't change my opinion of your comment.

As far as the silicone injected into the scrotum, I will repeat myself and tell you my results. The fluid remains malaeable in the scrotal cavity even after it has been encapsulated, my left scrotal cavity has no palpable lumps and just feels like a more substantial gel than anything. My right scrotal cavity does have some palpable lumps if I squeeze, and I am still massaging. Others have stated they diminish or become more malleable over time, some have lumps permanently. My testicles did not adhere to the silicone, they rest above it as mine settles mostly in the bottom of my sack. Multiple partners have had nothing but positive feedback about it since my last round and that is more than enough feedback for me.

Through Dr. C, a lot of time, money, and energy I am increadibly happy with my transformation. It may not be what some want aesthetically, others have their own goals, desires and results. These were mine.

Guy was sailing along with PMMA for 6 years he nicks himself shaving and his Dick blew up in this horrific way. So things can go awry fast.

There is no Holy Grail yet and that's unfortunate and we all have to do what we think is right. I know I want and need to do a pe procedure mostly for Flaccid size. I want to be a shower because obviously now I'm a Grower. I just don't know which one. But there seem to be hundreds of guys on this board doing the PMMA so maybe that is best right now.

Look I won't bother u anymore on this thread. I hope u can forgive me. The flattery I gave u wasn't bs and I didn't do it to absolve myself of possibly insulting u. I said it because I genuinely meant it. The results look amazing. Most guys would love what u are packing now. But ur right just because u got a nice result doesn't mean the next guy will. As they say results vary and may not be typical lol!

If you're referencing Charlie1, I've been in contact with him a little. He said he doesn't visit the forum much anymore, but his problem resolved with antibiotics. He said he has some nodules he wants to take care of, but I haven't gotten an answer whether he had those before the infection.

Also in that thread I think someone correctly diagnosed it as Cellulitis, which is possible to get without PMMA, although very rare. I'm not sure if PMMA would make Cellulitis more common. It could've also been a shaving accident too. I don't think we'll know unless Charlie1 can confirm what his doctor thought it was.
